When the inner glass door was wiped down, it was done horribly. I didn’t even hear my order get called until another customer and I were questioning whether that was our order or not. Moreover, it just looked like the floor could have been swept and mopped better, and this is coming from me, a cleaning guy.

This Dunkin’ also has a Baskin Robin’s in it. Got there at 9:45. Ordered 2 small chocolate shakes. Was getting one for myself and my grandmother, who is in a memory care unit down the road. Lady at register said Baskins doesn’t open till 10. I told her who my shakes were for and I’d wait. She had them made for me then. Class act people work there. We enjoyed our 2 hr visit today with our chocolate shakes. Thanks so much.

This has been my third time coming here and let me tell you the staff is phenomenal. They’re so understanding and they even suggest different things to try out. They are such wonderful people that work here. Definitely puts a smile on my face every time I leave here.

I’m not usually one for negative reviews. However- this location consistently is a source of agony for me. Never enough for a review, as it’s just inconsistently made or incorrect drinks. For that, I fault myself for continuing to hope they’d be better the next time for the price

Ordered via app- it allowed walk in orders. Submitted a slightly larger order than usual in hopes to get breakfast for two.
Get there, line is wrapped out to the street with people blocking the turn lanes to get in. Also blocking main traffic flow. Inconvenient but no immediate dilemma to where you can’t get your coffee eventually, right? Ordered to pick up in lobby, it’s fine if you wrap around to the back of the lot of course?
Wrong. Lobby closed, doors locked.
Do I have 45 minutes to sit in line? No. But I also can’t go in for refund. Can’t cancel order either.
So I basically gave Dunkin a 13 dollar donation today. Huzzah. Don’t go to this one unless you like emotional whiplash. You’d get your order sooner if you traveled 20 minutes to the next nearest one.

Bad new five dollar deal they might as well just keep it. They had something really going on good when they had you could get a croissant or a bagel with the six dollar breakfast deal. They’ve changed it to this little taco with an egg and some cheese and a little tiny piece of bacon. We will never purchase it again.

I have to take time to give 5-stars after my stop today. The line was so long I didn’t think I’d have time, and almost left, but I should have known they’d move it fast. And they did. Fast, friendly, and my order is always made the way I ask. Today wasn’t the exception, but the norm for the Wooster shop.

Love Dunkin. Giving 4 because last few times we have ordered a toasted sandwich the sandwich was hot, but the cheese was not melted and seemed to just be slapped on before sending out windows. We ended up taking off the cheese. Please go back to toasting cheese with sandwich.

My coffee is always perfect (and it’s not an easy black coffee kind of order… I add all the stuff!) The staff here are so friendly – no matter how busy they are. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Wooster location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
