Stood at the counter for 10mins no one helped us just sat down and placed our order digitally drive thru guy and fry girl but noone helped us sat down and got our food suddenly all the workers show up plus a family the guy from drive but comes out into lobby starts hanging with the family and ppl start working again weird experience

Update 9/21/2024 I’ve been here a couple more times since then, (Not by my personal choice) and it still filthy
Service was terrible, place was absolutely disgusting and it’s not because they were busy or shortstaffed or anything like that. One dude kept putting his whole leg on the counter to stretch it out. Multiple employees not wearing nonslip or even close toed shoes. Bathroom was also bad ended up only going number one because of it. We got out of there with my family as quick as we could.

Quite tasty and friendly even though they got my special order sandwich wrong. Drive thru. They have a lettuce wrap option and a tasty grilled chicken. The thinist little matchstick fries which are delicious.

I bought a turtle concrete from. One of the guy handed it to me the window it looked like I had Oreos on it and I asked him does this have Oreos or is it an Oreo shake? He said nope that’s the turtle you’re good to go. I drove around front and looked at it and clearly was an Oreos concrete. I took it inside and discussed it with the manager and ask for my money back. She returned it immediately then offered to remake it for me correctly. This time we went my burger was falling apart all over the place. They had made several very thin burgers and threw them on my bun. Hardly any lettuce at all and my bun was very soggy. I was shocked because this has never happened here before. It was quite disappointing. The food took forever too. To get my food in that shape and with the rime it took, should not have happened.

I had to go to Sam’s Club and I noticed that there was a Freddys in the same area so I stopped and got me something to eat. They had just open so I had fresh fries and a burger was amazing. I got a number three California style and it was good to me, along with that Freddys spicy sauce it was exactly what I needed

If you like a smashed burger patty this is the place for you. I had the Freddy’s special turtle custard sundae too, trust me just gets the kids size as they’re massive. Fries were CRISPY and delicious and you’ve got to love diet Dr. Pepper on top. Personally I like the slightly thicker Culver’s burgers more but you really can’t go wrong at this place. So bomb.

My first time. First my apologies to the gentleman on the speaker for calling him ma’am, speakers do no justice and I’m partially tone deaf. Food; Burgers and onion rings good, burger patties little too thin. Chili cheese fries was bland, wont get again. Desert; Strawberry concrete good. Price; little pricey. Will try again sometime for desert.

My mom ordered a meal and it came with a piece of hair. -_- . I got the chili cheese fries.They did make a whole new meal but still just not right. They also gave me free meal ticket. Staff was nice but I’m just not happy .
