MY REVIEWS OF BASED ON HELPING THE MOBILITY IMPAIRED find “accessibility friendly” spots!
What I loved;
1. plenty of “handicap accessible parking” on a flat 50 ft to an accessible large front door, .50 ft to door…. Flat perfect surface

My server named Celia… WONDERFUL….GIVE THAT YOUNG LADY A RAISE kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and she would have found anything she could to help if I was physically disabled.
I watched her checking on everybody else and I was so impressed. I hope you take this seriously and give that girl a raise!!!!!

*I would def call ahead let them know you’re coming

Went with my family to Olive Garden on November 16 at 8:25 PM the server/host was Elma T. When we were leaving, we placed a to go order and wanted chicken Parm And wanted to substitute the spaghetti with fettuccine pasta. The host was not understanding what we were saying, at one point she thought we wanted two to go orders one being chicken Parm in the other being fettuccine Alfredo. And then she thought we wanted chicken Parm with fettuccine Alfredo. After about 5-10 minutes of going back-and-forth, It finally seemed like she understood what we wanted, and she put the order in. When we received the order, it was incorrect. It was chicken Parm with fettuccine Alfredo. I paid a total of $25.98 An extra $3.49 for the sub substitution and she still got Got the wrong order. If they were not able to accommodate the substitute of the spaghetti for fettuccine pasta I wish she would’ve simply stated that and I would’ve saved my $3.49. Also the to go order is supposed to come with a to go garden salad and mints which is clearly stated on the receipt and it was not received.

My Mom and I had ordered dinner via delivery from this Olive Garden location yesterday, in which they partner with Uber Eats for delivery services but we received a food order from Chili’s instead of our Olive Garden food. We were very disappointed and emotional because my Dad just passed away a couple of weeks ago and with both of us already having had a rough day mentally, this put us a bit over the edge.

However, upon calling the restaurant and asking to speak with the manager Jessica, she truly felt bad about this mix up and went above and beyond to make things right. She not only had her crew remake our entire meal but gave us extras of everything and dessert too. She also sent one of her team members from the restaurant directly to deliver our order.

These past couple of weeks have been some of the worst of my Mom and I’s lives, but this dedication and compassion that the Worcester Olive Garden team had for us was truly remarkable. We are so grateful that wonderful people like Jessica and her team still exist in today’s world. We won’t forget this kind gesture, it truly means the world to us.

I personally have never had a negative experience at this Olive Garden location when dining in at the restaurant either. It’s a very well ran location with pleasant staff and I am happy to continue supporting them.

Fast seating, lovely waitress Fritzie, quick wonderful food, and as expected prices. In and out in 30 minutes. Never had a better experience. The restaurant may want to take a moment to scrub the wall by the serving door as a child must have thought they were Picasso and drew on it in blue and red. Also one of my forks were completely disfigured thankfully the silverware comes with 2. Didn’t take away from the service and otherwise clean environment!

I recently visited Olive Garden Italian Restaurant located at 7 Tobias Boland Way, Worcester, MA, and I had a wonderful experience. With a solid rating of 4.1 stars from over 2,500 reviews, it’s clear why this place is so popular.

The restaurant offers a family-friendly atmosphere, and the menu is packed with a variety of classic Italian dishes. We started with their famous breadsticks, which were warm and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, I had the Fettuccine Alfredo, which was rich, creamy, and flavorful—exactly what you’d expect from a traditional Italian dish. My friends tried the Lasagna Classico and Chicken Parmigiana, both of which were delicious and hearty.

One of the standout features of Olive Garden is their endless salad and breadsticks, which are perfect for starting the meal off right. The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself had a lively atmosphere, making it a great spot for a casual dinner with family or friends.

The prices are reasonable, with most dishes ranging from $10 to $20 per person, offering great value for the quality and portion sizes. Whether you’re craving pasta, seafood, or a delicious Italian dessert, Olive Garden has something for everyone. I will definitely return to enjoy another satisfying meal.

We visited the Olive Garden for lunch yesterday 11/15. We sat on the bar side and had the most incredible server, Stephanie! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and anticipated our every need. My husband’s beverage was low and she automatically brought a fresh refill. She was right there when our soup and pasta were near finished. I saw her doing this with each table she served. It was refreshing to have a great meal and a perfect server. We left with full stomachs and big smiles. We will definitely be back. Kudos to Stephanie for her great personality and attention to detail.

Got take out tonight ..first said free delivery ..but when I placed the order it said No Delivery..UGH! I did pick up. Where do I begin so very disappointing… Salad had bad lettuce in it that should not be used. Bread sticks were stale, tuscan soup was not cooked pieces potato were raw, totellinis way over cooked, lasagna was ice cold in the center. VERY DISAPPOINTING….and we were Olive Garden lovers before this….but with the prices now this high for the food NOT to be in fresh, cooked and bottome line edible conditions. BEWARE this was Unacceptable.
