What really stood out was the incredible service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful, explaining the menu options and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal, from timely side dish refills (the kimchi and salad were delicious!) to checking in on our grilling progress. The whole experience felt welcoming and well-managed.
Big shoutout to the service too, some of whom are working there since pre covid and always do a great job!
⚠️Double check your bill⚠️
Visited this Korean restaurant on 27 Dec 2025. We were rushed to order all food at once because the waiter said the kitchen was closing at 10pm.
At payment, the waiter insisted on a minimum 10% tip and cancelled the card machine when we tried entering a lower custom tip. He also refused to show the bill, saying the receipt would be emailed 2 hours later due to the error system and the bill was “definitely correct.”
Only after repeated insistence did they show the ordering tablet — after disappearing for nearly 10 minutes.
We then found the most expensive dish (Mix G
ame) had been charged twice, although we ordered and received only one. He first insisted we had eaten two, until we pointed out the timestamp that was added at 10.48 pm long after the kitchen closed then he claimed a colleague might have added it.
A female staff came and offered a cash refund instead of correcting the card charge. They initially refused to refund the tip until we stated tipping is not required by the law, which their attitude changed immediately.
They also offered free drinks, which we declined as we only wanted accuracy. Finally, the receipt which we were told would take two hours, arrived by email in less than a minute once we insisted again.
Very concerning experience. Tourists should check their bills carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant.
