I’ve ordered from Shawarma Bus before and really enjoyed it, which is why this was disappointing. Yesterday I got the chicken shawarma platter and the quality didn’t seem up to their usual standard. The pita was placed on top of the hummus and ended up soggy and hard, and the platter overall tasted like it had been sitting for quite a while. There were also fries in my platter even though I didn’t order them. The side kale salad was great, though. Overall, the meal just didn’t have much flavor, and I’ve had more flavorful bowls recently at places like Chipotle. Based on this visit, I’m not sure I’d order again.

I’ve been going here since it opened and the food has only improved. Personally I always choose beef but the chicken is great as well. The man that usually helps us is great, service is reasonably quick. I think the Mediterranean food is a welcome addition in an otherwise saturated food type. If you like Mediterranean food, this place slaps. The falafel is also probably my favorite falafel in Bozeman

Perfect! I have had shawarmas all over Europe and Russia. Let me tell you this is the place to go to. Scrap the burger and get yourself an Amazing chicken Shawarma. Saucy, tasty, and legendary. Great price for a shawarma too. Epic Recipe. I will eat here again. Give them business because this place knows how to make a shawarma. Very polite staff, very welcoming and friendly. I wish them the best success in life. Now FOR THE FOOD: I ordered two of the chicken shawarmas, and let me tell you, the sauce is perfect. The cucumbers and chicken were providing that bite after bite crunch and flavor burst. I was only going to eat one. But I had to eat the other. I just could not stop. This was a very pleasant suprise.

Bus is clean, air conditioned, staff super friendly and knows what they’re doing.
The menu may be simple but after having the falafel platter, it was obvious that every element was carefully prepared using excellent recipes and quality ingredients. The falafel were perfect in texture and flavor, hummus some of the best I’ve had in years, salad and rice were delicious and balanced the whole thing out beautifully. Also AMAZING FRIES!
Will definitely be back!

First time to the Bozeman Shawarma bus! The food came out hot and delicious and quickly. I got there just before the lunch rush and although it’s snowy outside there were people sitting at the picnic tables enjoying their lunch. I had the chicken Shawarma platter with pita hummus and fries.The garlic sauce should be illegal it is so good!

Tried the shwarma bus while visiting bozeman this weekend and it was tasty! We got the beef shwarma plate. Beef was flavorful and moist, hummus was delicious and creamy. The rice could have used a little more salt or acidity. And they they have Toum!!! The staff was super friendly too.

I got the shawarma rice bowl and it was so delicious and the veggies so fresh! The variety of sauces it comes with are fun to sample and try, but I went back for the extra garlic sauce! The owner is very kind too. Check them out!

Good quick service Lebanese spot. Chicken Shawarma wrap was spot on and the toum (garlic sauce) was perfect and authentic. The hummus even had a garlic kick. The salad was not authentic but surprisingly tasty! Will have to be back to try the Kafta.

Came upon this little gem by happenstance right across from our motel in Bozeman in an adorable food truck lot. We got the chicken shawarma plate. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. It went perfectly with the delicious Lebanese salad and the hummus with just the right amount of lemony zing. Great staff and service.

This bus has become one of my go to spots to grab a falafel wrap for lunch. It has fresh hummus in it. Don’t forget to ask for a side of toum; a tasty garlic white sauce! Friendly staff and a healthy Lebanese meal while sitting out on the picnic tables. Give it a try! It’s yummy!
