I enjoyed my company that was fully given to me, as I first came thru the door. I was greeted as I was noticed by the employee’s. The nature of ordering my meal was in fact that of Carl’s Jr, and the meal was enjoyable. The fountain drinks area was clean, the dining area was clean, and smell of boiled burgers and fries, was in fact the experience of Carl’s Jr. I highly recommend this place for those who travel to Farmington, N.M., and to those who live in the area. Fast and convenient food, and dining.

The restaurant is clean with a friendly helpful staff. The burgers are good. I tried the new plant based beyond burger. It was pretty good however it is higher in calories and sodium then the regular burger. I do miss their teriyaki burger which was my favorite. Overall this specific place is a good recommendation

The crew was great! Both the asst manager and general manager handled this loud and obnoxious Karen very well! Of course if you’re from around here I’m sure you already know the typical Karen’s that we have, I get the same ones at my hotel every day I made sure to compliment the team upon my departure right in front of that woman, extra loud too. I could feel her staring daggers into my back when I left. Oh well. You guys are awesome Farmington Carls Jr, keep up the great work! They had a full screen of orders when I got there and just a few minutes later when I got mine, it was cleared! And with friendly service too, they even gave me my order by name and I never gave it to them but I did use a coupon in the app. Still they paid attention!!

The website allowed us to order online, but when we get there it’s closed. We tried using the app to cancel and even tried calling to sort it out, but neither worked. The worker who answered was rude and short with us but provided no assistance in cancelling the order.

Went to this location for the first and last time. I bought a sausage biscuit. I’ve never had a drier bisquit or sausage. Even butter and warming it didn’t help. I tossed half of it in the trash. No wonder there’s never a line in the drive thru.

I hope this was an isolated incident because we really like Carl’s jr but today I ordered a Chicken sandwich and received a BBQ Chicken that was was over charred with a burnt lower bun. A 10$ burger needs to be eat able, this was semi eat able. Only because the dogs didn’t mind. I DID!!!!!!! (Crazy thing is, if this had been Sonic, the lower bun would have mold )
