Billy was our Server!!! Billy Delivered Exceptional Customer Service from the time he Greeted us til the end of our tab being picked up!
He was very courteous, professional and patient and had great sense of urgency!
My Daughter love Alfredo but, does not eat me and he even was considerate enough to ask the kitchen to whip her up something fast! Even being out of Strawberries for yogurt, the kitchen had a small cup left and served them to her to have something!
Perfect Experience on this cold Sunday Night!!!

LONG WAIT for food and service. There was only three servers including the bartender. A group of 11 had to leave because no one wanted to acknowledge them.
It took an hour for our entrees. The steak was overcooked. The artichoke dip was watered down. The mashed potatoes tasted exatcly store bought. The pasta was delicious though.
The server was nice but she kept forgetting to bring us stuff. We had to remind her.
We won’t be coming to this location again.

Loved it and again loved it today! Quick service, we ordered from the 2 for $25 special plus an appetizer! Great idea! I have never had a bad meal here! Love this place, big comfy booth seats!

Place could definitely use a cleaning like a paid cleaning company that gets those hard attention to detail spots! Server was nice! Wish the booths weren’t so hard to get into (avg. Male 6ft) booths are always tight (to accommodate more booths in know) but when you’re empty; many empty tables doesn’t look good. Not sure if it’s corporate or franchise but could definitely use a new face-lift to attract new faces. Obviously locations vary on food so not going there but Food was decent!

Excellent service from Billy at Applebee’s! From the moment we sat down, Billy was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and kept a great attitude the entire visit. You can tell he really cares about providing great customer service, and it absolutely made our experience better. If you’re dining here, ask for Billy—you won’t be disappointed!

My family and I have been going here for years. Food is good. Service is nice. Bathrooms are clean. Salads, appetizers, entrees, and dessert were delicious. It’s always been a pleasant experience at this location. Very good oldies music too!

From the moment we sat at our table.. til the moment he were miserably full from our delicious meal! Our waiter Bill was amazing always with a great smile.. very patient with our boys who took their sweet time on taking their food order.. he definitely made this visit a very pleasant one.. food was amazing!

I haven’t been to Applebee’s since high school—over 20 years ago—and wow, how things have changed! The Applebee’s on Barrett Parkway completely exceeded my expectations. The menu has improved 5000%, the food quality is fantastic, and the service was top-notch.
Our server, Krystal S., was personable, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The burgers were absolutely delicious, and I especially appreciated the kids’ menu—it has pictures for each item, which let my little guy feel independent and “read” the choices himself.
Overall, I give the food and service a 10 out of 10. Applebee’s has truly leveled up—I’ll definitely be back!

I rarely leave reviews unless the experience was above average or extreemly bad. This case is was the latter, mostly due to the level of service or lack there of. There were maybe 6 tables filled post lunch/pre dinner so not busy with 3 at our table. We just popped in for a quick bite and were seated promptly. The server was polite but extreemly flippant about our service. Missed items, lack of refills, never checked on us, looong wait to recieve bill and to go boxes which only came after asking other disinterested workers WHERE IS OUR SERVER??? Twice. I asked to speak with the manager also twice and his attitude was about the same. I can see why the workers at this location have no work ethic or enthuasim. With so many othjer resturants in the area I highly recomend giving this place a hard pass.
