The service is super fast and amazingly friendly!!
Especially the boy that wears the very unique hat and the black lady that calls out the names when the orders are ready. They are super nice and polite. They also always say something nice and uplifting.
We have never personally tried the food, but it looks and smells amazing.
Hopefully we will have the money one day soon to try it and more than likely enjoy the food at Cane’s.
I know we will enjoy the experience and service at the location on Bardstown road in front of the Mid City Mall.
“HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I’VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO WORK HERE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF CHICKEN IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY RESTAURANT . IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR CUSTOMERS AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT FOR YOU. HATE. HATE.” The cashier then promptly released me and gave me my chicken 4/10 I will not exclusively eat at Arby’s
When we initially got there, it was quite crowded, but the line moved quickly, and we waited just about 5 minutes for our food, so the service was really excellent! Their menu essentially consists of 4 varieties of chicken strip combos, with options for 3-6 pieces. They also offer a chicken sandwich. Every combo includes dipping sauce, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, and a piece of bread. The bread was incredibly soft and slightly buttery. I really hope it was a bit more buttery. You can swap your coleslaw for an additional piece of bread if you’d like, as they cost the same.
I wanted to share
“fingers” with Ernie my Dog in the car. I wanted to have a sauce for myself. I was told a sauce will cost me $$$ Unless I bought a drink and side! Never went back to any of the chain.
It was pretty packed when we first arrived but the line went by really fast and we only waited like 5 min til our food was ready, so pretty great service! Their menu is basically just made up of 4 types of chicken strip combos, ranging from 3-6 pieces. They also have a chicken sandwich. All combos come with dipping sauce, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw and a slice of bread. The bread was so flufffffy and a little buttery. I do wish it was more buttery though. You can substitute your coleslaw for a second piece of bread if you want since they’re the same price.
It was a little hard to grasp the atmosphere’s theme lol just because there were a lot of different elements. They had vintage marquee letter lights and skateboards on the wall and picture frames and even a disco ball!
Tbh I was planning on giving them 4 stars, but because of the fact that it’s named after Cane, the founder’s dog and they had a banner of Cane wearing sunglasses, I bumped them up to 5 hehe
