Hey yall! I’m gonna tell you my real experiences at Raising Canes! The chicken was crispy when I first got it, but got less crispy as 5 minutes went by. The sauce saves the whole meal. The sauce is creamy with spices and just hits the spot. The bread is amazing when toasted on both sides. Fries are flimsy and do nothing except be a driving home car snack. Truly, Raising Canes is not THAT good, but the sauce saves the WHOLE DANG MEAL!! (The food was very delicious though and I ate the whole thing)

We went to Raising Canes after a local event “Superstars of Boxing” that ended pretty late for us (my boyfriend was one of the boxers in the event). The workers were really friendly and smiling! Everything was clean and the food was fresh! We were surprised to see that Raising Canes was open so late but were so happy they were. We almost always have a good experience when dining here and this visit just added to those good experiences.

My husband and I ordered lunch for our son’s class (12 total). The customer service at this location was EXCELLENT!! Everyone was so friendly and kind. They even went above and beyond and gave the kids awards and pencils. Thank You Raising Canes staff at the Highlands location. Hands down our favorite restaurant

We have picked up at Cane’s several times for DoorDash.
The service is super fast and amazingly friendly!!
Especially the boy that wears the very unique hat and the black lady that calls out the names when the orders are ready. They are super nice and polite. They also always say something nice and uplifting.
We have never personally tried the food, but it looks and smells amazing.
Hopefully we will have the money one day soon to try it and more than likely enjoy the food at Cane’s.
I know we will enjoy the experience and service at the location on Bardstown road in front of the Mid City Mall.

1/13/26 Horrible service. Arnold Palmer was watered down unsweet tea, came back through for a lemonade. Get home and there’s no toast. Call the store and the manager verbatim says “we don’t do refunds but we’ll remake your order.” Then she straight face lies about it at the window when I come back, only giving me toast. “You didn’t say you’d come back tonight.” Well, you didn’t say you’d waste my time, energy, and gas. Terrible.

I went into the canes expect a nice normal meal. However, when I entered the establishment I was startled to be meet the cashier giving me a look that can only be described as a “Kubrick stare.” When I reached the counter, the very same cashier grabbed me by the shirt collar and exclaimed:
“HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I’VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO WORK HERE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF CHICKEN IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY RESTAURANT . IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR CUSTOMERS AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT FOR YOU. HATE. HATE.” The cashier then promptly released me and gave me my chicken 4/10 I will not exclusively eat at Arby’s

I was at Huntington Beach with friends, and they recommended we have lunch here. Naturally, I felt let down since I frequently heard about how amazing their chicken was. I genuinely had no idea it was part of a chain!

When we initially got there, it was quite crowded, but the line moved quickly, and we waited just about 5 minutes for our food, so the service was really excellent! Their menu essentially consists of 4 varieties of chicken strip combos, with options for 3-6 pieces. They also offer a chicken sandwich. Every combo includes dipping sauce, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, and a piece of bread. The bread was incredibly soft and slightly buttery. I really hope it was a bit more buttery. You can swap your coleslaw for an additional piece of bread if you’d like, as they cost the same.

How many Fingers does a Chicken have? Midcity mall
I wanted to share
“fingers” with Ernie my Dog in the car. I wanted to have a sauce for myself. I was told a sauce will cost me $$$ Unless I bought a drink and side! Never went back to any of the chain.

I used to love canes until me and my other 2 friends got food poisoning from their Sosa machine which shows how much they clean sadly. We were sick for a week throwing up. And come to find out when I finally got better and back to school found out other people that went to the same location also got sick. Some kind of health safety thing needs to be done here…

I was in Huntington Beach with some friends and they suggested we go here for lunch. Of course I was down since I’d always hear how great their chicken was. I actually didn’t know it was a chain!

It was pretty packed when we first arrived but the line went by really fast and we only waited like 5 min til our food was ready, so pretty great service! Their menu is basically just made up of 4 types of chicken strip combos, ranging from 3-6 pieces. They also have a chicken sandwich. All combos come with dipping sauce, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw and a slice of bread. The bread was so flufffffy and a little buttery. I do wish it was more buttery though. You can substitute your coleslaw for a second piece of bread if you want since they’re the same price.

It was a little hard to grasp the atmosphere’s theme lol just because there were a lot of different elements. They had vintage marquee letter lights and skateboards on the wall and picture frames and even a disco ball!

Tbh I was planning on giving them 4 stars, but because of the fact that it’s named after Cane, the founder’s dog and they had a banner of Cane wearing sunglasses, I bumped them up to 5 hehe
