This was the second time this week my online mobile order wasn’t correct. & It’s not just this restaurant in this city, it’s the majority!! Today order was missing mcnuggets, but they included the sauce lol. Even after moving down & waiting in line at drive thru.. I also request no pickles on the Big Mac order , yet there were.

Stopped by on my way home yesterday. They were very busy, but were handling it well. It was a bit of a wait but the food was given to me and my mom got and fresh. The chicken nuggets I particularly enjoyed. I love McDonald’s chicken nuggets anyways, but those were the best ones I’ve had. They were perfectly crispy and hot. It was unfortunate that the tea was empty in the front. But my mom just got diet soda.

Went there today round 10:40 pm. Yeah there was a wait for the drive thru but the guy taking my order was nice & ALL my food was fresh. NO fries that been out under the heat lamp for a while. Glad this McDonald’s was a good choice to get some food before getting on I-95

Worst McDonalds in the state of virginia if im being honest. Redeemed a free reward in the app, was then charged 68 cents for an “up-charge” when nothing was upgraded. Got my money given back to me after paying and got shorted my money. Got my food and it wasn’t made correctly. Staff were extremely rude to me. The young lady wearing the face mask, I’m assuming she was the manager, was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and gave me nothing but attitude when i tried to resolve the issues with my payment and order. Safe to say I will not be back to this location anytime soon.

We visited the drive thru on a road trip. This location has the double drive thru that feeds into one. Customers tend to make this more difficult than it has to be. Our food was good though and we didn’t have any issues. Also it looked like they busy but handling it well.

I was in line for 45 minutes just to go around to the window and see a white guy walk past as if he didnt us sitting at the window. The windows were locked we drove back around. And never got anyone on the intercom I would never come back to this location definitely unprofessional

We went through the drive thru the girl at the pick up window was very rude and preppy. We asked for sweet and sour sauce she said it was already in the bag when we didn’t ask for sauce until we got to her window. There was nothing but ketchup in the bag. We got two medium fries with them only being filed half way so we basically got two small fries for the price of two medium fries.
Then while my ten year old daughter was eating her McChicken she had a fly in her sandwich so we went back through the drive thru and let the manager know at the pay window when we got to the pick up window the girl continued to give us an attitude and told us we have to come in to talk to the manager so we told her we just talked to the manager at the other window and she proceeds to roll her eyes and give us a dirty look. This girl needs to be fired.

Placed an online ordwr and sat at the order window for 5 minutes, nobody was there. Went to the drive through window and sat there for 5-10 minutes, still nobody. Dont take orders and say 24 hours if you’re not going to be open

Ordered online, long drive through wait, so I went inside to pick up my order. Even longer wait. Unable to change the puck up method on the app, which says you can do. I think I’ll pick another store to visit. I always seem to have issues when visiting this particular store.

It was super busy today, so it was slow to get your order, which I was fine with, but to order a Big Mac and get one patty is not cool at all. I was like, “This tastes funny. ” … . I guess I ordered the Mini Mac. I don’t recommend it. This location has a large eating area for the kids zone, which was nice. If you are going to park, I would recommend the lot to the right. The spots next to the restaurant are very small and quickly get blocked by the drive-thru.
