Culver’s is a good example of American restaurant. It is a chain but food is fresh. Place is clean. Everyone got their famous butter burger but I wanted their chicken salad. Very fresh!

I would prefer to give ZERO STARS…I paid for my order and drive thru staff placed sticker number 169 on my rear view mirror , I pulled up and proceeded to wait for my order to be brought out like everyone else…yet after waiting a prolonged amount of time without any communication from staff regarding the delay, & watching other cars that ordered well after me receive their orders, my food never arrived. I then decided to go inside to resolve the issue. The staff (including the manager when she finally showed up) were very cold, short in conversation , & dismissive (as if I was the problem) , and left me standing at the counter with even more waiting & minimum acknowledgment. The atmosphere was chaotic, and no one showed urgency or responsibility to quickly rectify the situation…It was then discovered that drive thru placed my order under a different number in their system (168 instead of 169) . The “runner” admitted he’d discarded my order as waste because he couldn’t find the car with sticker number 168. When I requested a refund due to the error, I was told by the manager that refunds were not being issued & that I would have to further discuss with the general manager who was not there at night, I was instead offered store credit which I did not trust & declined due to this unprofessional & frustrating experience .

After nearly 45 or more minutes without resolve, or refund , & being ignored for most of this time, I asked that my food be freshly prepared as purchased, the manager unsurprisingly agreed to this option …I then stood at the counter and waited for even more time. The staff expressed empty apology for the inconvenience, and made no extra effort to make things right. There is no excuse for this type of service. As customers, we deserve better. A Culver’s representative may respond and request that I file my complaint at contactculvers.com….I already have.

*** Update 12/6/25: I was able to call & speak with the general manager (Kristina) regarding my experience. She was professional, thoroughly listened and acknowledged my concerns , and assured me that steps are actively being taken to help improve the customer experience at this location moving forward. She also provided me with a FULL refund (which I appreciated) & threw in 2 free meal tickets to be used at any Culver’s location to help make up for the inconvenience.

it was pretty quiet. there weren’t too many people there. however, the service was a bit off. my friends and I had ordered and we all had ordered one thing per person. but we all ended up having to wait about 45mins to an hour before we got our orders. I understand that it had probably been a long day and staff may have been tired- but even if that were the case, an update and/no attitude would have been nice.

The food is always great. If using the mobile app to order for pick up, go in to pick it up. It will take several minutes longer. Last time it was 15 minutes after pick up time and I went in to get my food that had been sitting there. They were busy, which is why I waited, but had brought out several drive thru orders. They had the staff to make the runs, they just weren’t paying attention to the mobile orders. Service is great and timely if you go in to pick up a mobile order.

We ordered the ice cream of the day (chocolate cover strawberry mixer) they just gave us chocolate ice cream. I also got two strawberry shakes that were completely melted and watery. I don’t understand why they would even give us that

I was inside the restaurant and asked about a coupon that appeared on the website but then disappeared from the page. The employees kindly told me they didn’t know about the coupon I was asking about, which was for 25% off. Then I ordered the food, waited, and they brought it to me in a bag, but when I’m in the vehicle I see that a bottle of chocolate milk that I ordered was missing – I paid for it and they didn’t give it to me. Since I was already in the vehicle, with snow falling and a child in their car seat, I preferred to leave. This restaurant doesn’t seem to have a way for one to recommend suggestions for improvements other than posting comments here

This is a great Culvers location. They are fairly busy but your order will still come out quickly. The food here is very good as you would expect from Culvers. The staff here are all great and friendly. The location is very easy to find using Google Maps. There is plenty of parking in the large lot and it is free.
