Love Whataburger! But, I don’t come as much cause this location seems to always be a 15-20 wait in the drive through to get food for it to be wrong.
Been to plenty others and rarely this long of a wait.
Atleast the gentleman inside when I brought the order in corrected it promptly.
Employees all seem like they dread life and not friendly at all.

On this visit as many visits to this location the customer service was HORRIBLE from Rosemarie. Every single time we had stopped in at this location she has been the associate that we have had to deal with. I clearly don’t think she wants a job she is so disrespectful, not friendly, no smile she’s just there to make the customers do exactly what I Im doing a review! One this last visit the car in front of us pulled off so when we got to the window, she handed me a drink that wasn’t ours. Me telling her that wasn’t our order she turned and told another associate that we didnt want to pay which was clearly not the case we never said we weren’t paying to her we told her about the car in front of us that pulled off. and that it was probably there order well she want happy about that her face was scrunched up with anger on it like we had done something wrong she (Rosemarie) is always this way every time we visit this location. I simply went around and went in and talked with one of the managers named Trinity and explained to her what had happed and she was very apologetic and friendly and mentioned that she assure me that she would be talking with her about her horrible attitude.

Did take out; when I got home, discovered that I was short changed. In my mobile order, I clearly had a double cheeseburger (ketchup only) as stated on the attached order receipt. But this store only provided one patty per attached photo #2. I tried use the communication feature on the Ap, but per attached photo #3, that page appeared to be disabled where I couldn’t even make a selection on the topic choices and advance from the first step. So I overpaid big time!

I had an amazing experience at Whataburger while placing a large order for over 20 people. Madison went above and beyond, she was kind, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, accurate, and well-packaged. Madison’s exceptional service truly made this the best Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. She genuinely deserves a raise and a promotion, employees like her make all the difference!

Obviously nobody “was home” when our order was taken. Ordered Whatawings with honey BBQ – got Whatawings with Buffalo. Ordered original Whataburger with cheese, mayo, ketchup, tomatoes and onions – somehow, I ended up with mustard, lettuce and pickles. Scraped wrong toppings from Burger but, had to go back for the wings to be fixed. I thought it took an unreasonable amount of time for the original order – they were just preparing for the wait on the wrong correction which was a little more than twice the time. Never was a fan of Whataburger, but grandson just had to have it… next time he wants chicken, it will be KFC (yuck) or Popyes. Whataburger got the last amount of money I’ll spend there. I won’t mentioned that I almost fell out of my truck when they told me my order was $24 and change.

Waited 22 minutes in an empty restaurant for just fries and gravy, had multiple people come in after me and get full meals before they started on mine.
Edit: I came back out to this whataburger and they apologized and fully compensated my meal, while I had a unwelcomed time last time, they went and made my next time as good as they could!
