The Service and the food was amazing. I’ve never had better service at an IHOP or better food at an IHOP. We came in at 12am at night. Everything was just so amazing the service the atmosphere. It was amazing. Our server was Evan and he just did an amazing job. Really good server.The best service I’ve ever received in my life. Service was so good that we tipped double 20% of our check. I really appreciated it. We will be coming back definitely.

I came in at 5:14 ordered food waited over an hour for my to go order I get home with my to go order. Food was completely dried out. Disgusting I had ordered sirloin tip, medium rare. They were well done. I also had ordered an omelette and omelette looked and tasted like rubber completely disappointed in this location will not return. Had to come back up here asked to speak with a manager. Didn’t even get to speak with a manager instead of the server who took my order give me my money back because I guess the manager was too scared to come out and talk to a customer

Been an IHOP customer for 40 years and I will not be back to this location. I usually order during day time hours so I’m pretty familiar with the day time staff, but I messed up and went in the evening after a long day. The first issue occured during ordering-online-had to redo it several times and applepay option was not working. When I finally got the order in and picked it up it was packed sloppy and incorrect. My pancakes were missing-I did not check the bag until I got home about 45 minutes later-my fault. I called the store and person on the phone cut me off but did request that my missing pancakes be remade. I did not have a chance to request the remake of the order. When I got there me and the manager went around and around concering my remake request for food that I did not touch. I offered to pay for a new order and thats when they remade the order. Evan was cool and he was the silverlining to the issue; but he nor the day staff is enough for me to be treated other than reasonably as a long term customer. Since IHOP pancakes are proprietary and I’ve been eating them since I was 4 years old-when IHOP looked like a house for real- I will continue to be a customer just at a different location and on a limited basis.

So coming into this place it was terrible from the beginning. I understand it was late and people are trying to have fun but completely neglecting your other tables is inexcusable. I just came in with my husband for coffee and pancakes. Our server not only didn’t give a dam about us he was really rude coming up saying, “I’m sure you’re ready to order” I had to get up and get my own clean cup for my coffee. Look at the cameras, it’s there. My husband is a vet and this type of craziness on a night when there where hardly ANYONE in the establishment is asinine to me.

The food was good even though the portions are such a waste for most people. Way too big. We were traveling so we couldn’t take the left overs. The server was a bit slow but very kind for sure. We liked the holiday decorations.

I had (Evan)new server, he was amazing! The cook was accommodating to my special requests. The temperature was chilly, but nothing extreme. I requested the heat be turned on and the server immediately approached the cook (Terry) & he immediately adjusted temperature and within 10 min it was much better. My Cash App was messed up for some reason and showed me and my location out of state & kept denying my card! They staff was so patient and nice. They business was severely slow with dining guests, but door dash seemed to be popping. I suggest locals patronize this establishment more frequently & take advantage of their offered: bOGO 3-6 PM free for seniors, scan + join their family through an app & get free stack pancakes, Amazing breakfast deals for only $6!!! On the menu too! You can get Breakfast Faves Combo- 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 1 bacon and 1 sausage $6, or Ham & Cheese Omelette- ham and cheese omelette + 2 pancakes $6, or French Toast Combo-French toast, 2 eggs, 2 meat bacon or sausage $6, or House Scramble- Eggs, chopped bacon, topped with cheese + hash browns $6!!! Amazing- can’t clean-up kitchen for $6 !!! Anytime Tacos….,

Order some food online when I was about five minutes away. Received a text prompt that the food was already prepared in no more than ten minutes . So when I walked in to pick up my order I saw a roach crawling on the surface area of where they would bag up the food right in front of the grill window. I really couldn’t believe it wasn’t hiding or anything. I asked for a refund immediately I expect to see it back on my card tomorrow. Two weeks later still haven’t been able to receive my refund

Honestly one of the worst IHOPs alive ever encountered. The server literally asked if she had taken our orders 10 mins after she had, then asked multiple times if it was going to be a split check. She had 2 tables at the time. The food was late, the pancakes were raw, a former employee was making a scene, and the only person who seemed to actually know what they were doing was a green haired kid who seated us and was trying to expedite and keep things running. Bathrooms were trashed too.

We all three ordered breakfast and we were all pleased with the taste of everything. The French toast is so good, the eggs are fluffy and delicious and the service was great. We will be back.
