I came and did a bar order for dinner with Dorian and he was so helpful, kind, and attentive. I haven’t been here in a minute but he did an excellent job on my drinks and made sure my order was made complete. I will definitely be back.

I had placed a door dash order but when I arrived I had stood and waited a good minute before finally being told where the pick up station was, after going to said station to pick up my food I had noticed I was missing my frys, so I alert one of the servers, as they go to get my fries I decide to check the rest and notice they had also given me the wrong side for of the said 2 sides. By this point in time I was just fed uo and called a manager, thankfully this location atleast has a PHENOMENAL manager by if I remember correctly the name of Dustin, this gentleman is the ONLY reason I did not rate this review one star due to the awesome and the above and beyond service this gentleman gave by doing far more to correct the mistake than I personally feel was necessary. Thank you again Dustin for the service that you gave me despite the interaction being so short!

Had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated as there was no one at the podium when we came in. Once seated (I was with a party of 3), our server was there promptly to take our drink orders. We ordered from the bar. Once our drinks were delivered, we went ahead and placed our food order. Service was very fast as our appetizers, salad, chili, and entrees all came out at the same time. Everything was good…hot and fresh!! Still a classic favorite…

Everything was hot & fresh, nothing came out wrong, the bean burger was 10/10, my daughter don’t eat meat but she says it taste like chili cheese dogs lol the cheese sticks 10/10, honey chipotle taste like bbq sauce but sweet. Nashville hot was good. I’ve been to more expensive restaurants and didn’t get this good of service. Great job Conyers keep up the great work and the great service. With all the bad service in the area it’s a breath of fresh air to be able to get out and enjoy a meal I didn’t have to cook. My food came pretty fast as well.

I have been to this location a few times and did not have any issues. So with that being said our last two visits were horrible. Now I ordered the Big QP burger with only cheese and cooked onions. Why BOTH times my order comes out the onions are on the burger and on the side are ICE COLD. I mean who in the world orders cold onions. The first time it happened I let them remake. Mind you I am not by myself and both ordered the same exact thing both times. And once again the onions were cold. So this time I asked for a manager, she was more than kind and sweet but I did not want them to remake it. I didn’t blame the waitress nor the manager but at some point common sense needs to be a factor with the cooks and the people that are training them as well. Cooked onions means warm/hot. At this point I will just stick to my regular order.

Jamie was AMAZING!! our food service was phenomenal, she was very attentive and took care of us. she was very sweet and got everything right!! its very hard to find servers who legitimately love their job and taking care of people and you can tell she’s so good at what she does. 1000/10 recommend asking for her!!!!

This was was the SECOND time in a row where I have gone here and the food sucked I got the 3 for me steak, I asked for medium WELL and I cut open my steak when i got home and….the cow was still mooing at me. That was DISGUSTING I can not belive what I saw i should not have to re-cook my food AFTER I buy it on top of that I have called 5 time nobody is answering. Do better.

We have been to several Chili’s and had great experiences and food, however this one was awful.
Although Greg, our server, was very friendly and welcoming, overall the food and kitchen service was Inferior
Can’t quite figure out how it took SO long for our meal to be prepared! It is ESPECIALLY unsettling and frustrating when
tickets for the kitchen are generated electronically by the server upon ordering, yet several tables received their food WAY before we did, even though they arrived 15 minutes AFTER we did!
We waited more than 45 minutes for an order of 2 burgers! and then the meat was SO overcooked they were actually crunchy!
Chilis is fine—just not the one in Conyers, GA!!

Today’s experience was nothing less than phenomenal. JAIMIE was one of the best servers we had this far at this Chili’s location in Conyers. Jaimie please continue to have that bubbly and sweet energy every time you serves the guest of Chilis.

My very first time at this chillis and Jaimie was absolutely amazing she recommended a burger and I ordered it and the kitchen completely messed it up. She was very apologetic and was willing to change everything. She was very attentive, very helpful, kind, and had a great personality! If you visit this location ask for Jaimie!
