I am a DoorDasher have thousands of deliveries and I have been here 100 times or more the manager that was working today on January 31 10 AM was awful when I walked in she was screaming at her employees and then told me I couldn’t order food while I was dashing even though my food was ready and handed to me before I confirmed my pick ups and I’m not sure of her name wouldn’t surprise me if it was Karen I feel bad for the hard workers that work at the store. They did a great job always do but I’m sure they never hear it. ♂️

Curb appeal should have told me something, from the sidewalk to the door glass.
Women’s restroom is absolutely disgusting, didn’t see one inch that didn’t need a scrub brush, even the wet floor sign needed scrubbed.
The only customer’s in the restaurant were myself, a customer in front of me doing something on their phone with the employee at the counter and acouple sitting at a table. I counted 10 employees in the front area where more than half of them were standing around with possibly a Manger laughing and doing nothing work related. Every one of the employees glanced over and seen I was waiting to be waited on, after several minutes I returned to my car without anyone taking my order.

This McDonald’s is absolutely pathetic. They almost always send you into the parking spots beside the drive through because they can’t do their jobs and have food prepared. One even admitted they do that so it makes their ticket times look better. Today was a first, though. They had all of their parking spots full and were lining people up in front of the exit that way they can keep taking people’s money and making them wait forever. What a joke lol. Don’t bother telling me you’d like more info to look into it because it’s not like this is the first time you’ve heard this.

It was absolutely filthy. I don’t think the rug by the soda machines had been swept in months. The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky and hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The food area also looked like it could use a good cleaning

Stopped in 2 days ago to get breakfast on my way to work. I got a sandwich, a sweet tea, and a cookie frappe. I was handed my tea and sandwich and asked to pull forward into a parking spot to wait for my frappe. I waited for close to 20 minutes before pulling out and leaving without my frappe. I was late for work over this and couldn’t wait anymore. I came back this morning and asked if I could have a frappe added to my order to replace the one I never recieved. The lady at the window was very blunt and rude when I asked, immediately said no very rudely. It felt like with the way she responded she was only saying no because she thought I wanted something for free. That’s not the case. I pulled out of line and didn’t get order anything this morning.

How hard is it to make a medium French vanilla latte??!! They pushed me into a waiting spot for a latte?!!!! And of course they forgot about me and I had to ask a worker in the parking lot for help. She brings it it and it’s ice cold!! Do better regardless of what your job is!!!

Gave 1 start because I couldn’t give zero. This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I very much try to avoid this McDonalds with all costs but tonight my kids were hungry and I was so tired I just stopped hoping it was going to be good. Was I wrong. We got absolutely nothing but attitude, our food is half full, cold, and messy as hell. We asked for large cokes they got bitchy with us because the girl in the back booth got it wrong so when we said it up at the second window the girl just pretty much threw large drinks at us that where not even Coke they was Dr. pepper. This McDonalds needs to get there people in line because this is a normal thing with this McDonald’s and it shouldn’t be! It’s very disgusting

Ii30 am on a Monday. Watched 8 straight cars sent to wait in parking spots from the drive thru. No spots left making driveway dangerous. You can do better. Sad news is that’s counted as passing on your quality assurance

This place is filthy! It smells terrible the second you open the door. The kitchen was a mess and nasty dirty. I didn’t even want to eat my food after I got it. The burger was dried up and almost not edible. Ordered a medium fry but they couldn’t even fill my fry cup and got 1/2 sized fry. I hope the heath department stops by soon. The smell is terrible!!!
