Went tonight and ordered a large meal and my fries came half full. I swear I always have a problem with this location. Never fails. Either my plain sandwiches aren’t plain or my food just gross and short handed. Why am I paying $20 for food that should cost $10. My fries are literally untouched. I am mainly doing this review for the employee ARTURO. I just ordered a curbside pickup order this morning and upon delivering the food to me, I asked Arturo if it was okay if I checked the bags before he left and he said “absolutely! At the end of the day it is about your satisfaction.” I may have not quoted him perfectly but I was just delighted and surprised by his reply. What a great employee!!!$ ❤️ Keep him and give him a raise while you’re at it. Thank you Arturo! It was pleasure meeting you this morning.

I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald’s located at 24133 Peachland Blvd in Port Charlotte. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant one. The service is always fast and efficient, even during busy hours. My order was accurate, fresh, and well-prepared. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. It’s great to see a team that truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location for great food and excellent service!

Customer service at this location is extremely inconsistent. I’ve been coming here regularly for over a year since I started working in this plaza, and today I was told I couldn’t get the sausage biscuit buy-one-get-one for $1 if I added cheese, even though that has been my exact order since the promotion began.

I had to argue just to receive the same order I’ve always gotten under the deal. It shouldn’t take debating with staff to get clarity on a simple promotion. While they eventually honored it, the manager at the window seemed completely indifferent when I brought up the confusion.

There are plenty of other places I could choose for breakfast, but I come here out of convenience and loyalty. That loyalty should be valued. Clear policies and better customer service would make a big difference, because regular customers shouldn’t leave feeling frustrated over something this simple.

If ordering my regular breakfast means being treated like I’m a problem, it makes it hard to justify continuing to come here.

My husband stopped at this McDonald’s possibly close to closing time ordered 2 big Mac’s 1 with no vegetables and bacon and the other just no pickle. When he arrived home I took a bite of mine and it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it and it was the same case with my husband’s big Mac. BIG MAC’S HAVE NO INGREDIENTS THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SPICY….

Ok, let me start by saying that, for a McDonald’s, this one ALWAYS has hot food, fresh fries and everything is made correctly. However, their people are… well, there is just not a customer service bone in the house. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG to make sure all of your food is in there. This is the second time I have been cheated and nothing done. On Thursday night, around 8:30PM, 2/19/26, I ordered a 40 piece family share nugget meal, only comes with 2 large fries. I also ordered a number 9, large with diet. (2 cheeseburger meal). At the window, I received the diet coke. I was then told to go park in spot number 2. I waited a little while for the nuggets… Acceptable. Came in two bags. I am not used to having to dig around in the bags to make sure they got the order right. I got home, and in the one bag was the two 40 piece nugget boxes. In the other was the 3 large fries (two for the family nuggets, and one for the number 9 meal).

No burgers. nowhere in sight. So I called. A person there said they saw the burgers go in the bag, and had in fact put them in there themselves. I told her they were not in there. She then told me her name, (which I forgot! Should have written it down). She never asked my name, and told me to just “Tell them that so-and-so said it was OK”. So TONIGHT, Friday the 20th, I went by, bought a 20 piece meal, and a number 2B large, both with diet, and tried to explain my story. Man. They looked at me like I was some kind of criminal. OVER TWO KIDS CHEESEBURGERS. Sad. I couldn’t remember girls name, and no one there was listening. Terrible customer service, and lack of management skills. Two plain old cheeseburgers. It’s just pure trifling. Plain and simple. It’s not even about the raggedy cheeseburgers, honestly. I get food there all the time on the way home from work. But as I said, this is the SECOND time they did this to me, neither time coming clean. First time was an ice cream cone. I called about it, said they would take care of it, then told me at the store that no one “wrote it down” and they were not giving me the cone. I EVEN HAD THE RECEIPTS. Both times! But instead, they want to look at me like I’m trying to get over on them for their cheeseburgers and ice cream cones. Sad. I spent a lot of money there.

Anyway, The key thing here is to TAKE A MINUTE, and DIG through your bag while they look at you like your stupid. Make SURE all your food is in there before you pull away. Either from the window or from their holding spots for overflow. As I said, the food there is always hot, and fresh. But they do NOT pay attention very well to what the order is. And then when you just try to get what you already paid for but didn’t get, they will act like you are lying to them and trying to get some free stuff. EVEN if you have the receipts!

BAD customer service. No one is trying to get over for a couple of cheeseburgers or an ice cream cone!

We stopped by a café today — loved the vibe! Super friendly staff. We finally found a Minecraft toy our kid had been searching for forever. The team was so happy to show us all the toys they had. Such a great spot, surrounded by awesome people!

Shout out to the manager of this location. Two out of the last three times I’ve frequented this McDonald’s, once for breakfast and once for lunch, I witnessed the manager having to deal with entitled elderly patrons. The last time, I witnessed her sitting at a booth with one of them ADDRESSING HER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE TEMPERATURE IN THE DINING ROOM. I commend her patience and her ability to remain dignified and treat them with respect, regardless of how ridiculous the complaint.

I placed a rather large order here because I was getting some happy meals for some neighbors and they clearly intentionally put a knot wad of hair in my dad’s burger. Someone here should be fired cause I can guarantee the MOD approves of this behavior for large orders and them being pissed off. If you don’t like your job get another one.

Last 4 visits there was something wrong each time. Either we were told to pull to the side parking space and wait around 20 minutes or there was forgotten food, or food made with the wrong toppings. On my most recent visit I told the manager this and she said “okay?” And I could instantly tell she does not care. Will not be back due to her specific attitude. I have given enough chances and that sealed the deal. Her lack of care shows in the mistakes through the employees.
