We went at about 4pm for an early dinner. We were seated immediately, & our waitress was perfectly attentive- not too much, not too little. Our drinks & appetizers & meals came out quickly & were piping hot. The food was VERY good. It was a wonderful way to wrap up our 26th wedding anniversary.

My husband and I ate at Red Lobster yesterday and everything was great, including our server Bernadette. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. Those biscuits did not disappoint either. Bernadette did not miss a beat, we didn’t want for nothing and she was pleasantly friendly. Servers like that keep people coming back. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll ask for Bernadette.

Amandeep, our waitress, was incredibly kind and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The manager greeted us twice and ensured that we had our drinks and were taken care of throughout our meal. We’ve already signed up for their rewards program because we’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed lunch here! They asked if I want on a break from work, which was so thoughtful bc they are mindful of your time. Bernadette was an amazing server and I’ll definitely be back when I need a mid-week treat again!

Took my wife to Cedar Rapids location for our eighth year wedding anniversary and the food was fresh hot in the service was absolutely excellent. Mandy is the best server we have ever had and enjoy her positive attitude and smile every time we come. Give that girl a raise she deserves it. Thank you Mandy and Red lobster

We had an excellent meal today at Red Lobster in Cedar Rapids The food was great and our waiter was excellent ( sorry I did not get his name). My husband has mobility issues and after eating found himself very weak. Josh and Shauna came to the rescue and helped him out of the booth, followed us out to the car and got him safely in the car. They went above and beyond. Thanks

I roamed the restaurant looking for her, or anybody, as she took glass to get a refill of soda and never returned.
Witnesses 2 people come in look around, give up and leave without being able to place a to go order.
Another who placed an order online for pickup and waited til bar tender came and told them she was sorry it wasn’t going to be ready for quite awhile. When I told the waitress that people were in and left she was indifferent and said well I’m the only server here.
Well we were the only diners there!
Our bill total was approximately $125. It took well over an hour to be served. The main course.
Crab legs were cold.
Food was only mediocre in taste for the price.
2 pm on a Wednesday.
I was still gracious enough to leave a small tip, but will not return.

Can’t say enough positive things about Manager Ernie and all the staff at this Red Lobster! Went here on Valentines day and had a 90 minute wait. Despite the long wait time, we decided to wait at the bar and hang in there. Spent the time watching and socializing with the manager (who continued to wash drinkwear) and primarily 1 bartender who diligently filled drink orders for the entire establishment! The wait staff hustled orders and we’re constantly on the move! The bus staff cleaned tables immediately after patrons left. When we finally got seated, our food arrived within a short time and was cooked perfectly! Say what you will about a seafood restaurant in the Midwest, but this place is well worth a visit. Thanks to all!

The food was delicious and got a great platter for the price! Sent us home with extra biscuits and a dessert for our anniversary. The manager Tate was so friendly and made sure to check with us at the end of our meal to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will definitely be back!
