Drive-thru Sunday morning. Sausage McMuffin with egg. The sausage is burned completely dry and sort of hard. Also, I didn’t take a bite before this photo. That’s how it looked when I unwrapped it. I get breads can come out deformed from the packaging. Throw it out! A person actually looked at this burned sausage AND this 1/2 top of muffin and said to themselves “looks great”. Then put it in a bag for a customer. I have found all McDonalds are far worse than in the past but this is pathetic. I stopped here because I was in a hurry. Thank you McD’s for reminding me why I avoid you.

Ordered a simple $5 McDouble meal for counter pickup, get into my car and drive away. I reach into my bag and I don’t feel any fries so I pulled it out and this is how many fries I was served, none spilled in the bag. McDouble tasted good and I know it’s a value meal, but come on at least fill up my little bag of fries, I didn’t order a happy meal!

Girl at the window told me to park for the food and they completely forgot about me – What the hell ??? And when I finally received my order, it looked rushed, the bacon was like 2 inches, and it was probably old as well. So I Waited 30 minutes for my bacon quarter pounder, large fry, and 3 sweet and sours, that was rushed and badly made. UNACCEPTABLE. The guy told me that they were goofing off, or having a party I think. Do better management.

Happy to say I think I’m finally free of the hold they had on me. Convenient because it was close, but after forgetting items including the sandwich one time of the combo meal, happy to say I won’t be coming here any more. They were never fast and it was actually faster to go to any of the other nearby locations rather than wait in line here. Now they only serve uber and door dash at night. Find alternatives!

This location feels very understaffed. Every time I order, it takes way too long to get my food, If I’m inside the building it takes multiple people getting food before I even get looked at, And I’ve seen workers just doing nothing but talking to each other. The foods ok and some workers are definitely better than others. But I’m also an outsider and don’t know what’s going on fully, so take my review with a grain of salt.

Full disclosure…we ordered our fries well done so we expected a little extra time to get our order.
BUT NOT 25 MINUTES!!! If the employees cared half as much about doing their job as they do shooting the breeze with their coworkers they would be amazing. As it is they don’t care at all. We waited 25 minutes for our order and watched several orders that were placed after ours go out. When asked about what the issue was I got an incoherent line of excuses.
As far as the atmosphere… No napkins where customers can get the.. Same with straws. Same with katsup. And only one register with no one really watching it.
I hate this McDonald’s with a passion.

Went through the drive thru to get food for me and the family mind you theres 8 of us so of course theres going to be at least 9 maybe 10 items for all of us. So we get the the screen start ordering and as we get about done they tell us” no more big orders are allowed through the window and now i have to call ahead and come inside to pick up the orders.” When we were about to ask when that changed they tell us our total we pull up to the first window pay then we get to the second window were still waiting by the way and the person at the window tells us sorry my manager is the one who told me to tell you. Like ok still confused on why uts such a big problem when one theres no one in line for the drive thru. 2 theres like 5 cars in the parking lot so what could they possibly be doing besides cleaning if that. 3 next time put a sign in he screen or speaking letting us know instead of last minute.

Good McDs with a 2 lane drive thru. Quick service, but girl got snippy when I couldn’t understand what she was asking me. Food was hot. We got 5 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees for just under$30 which honestly felt like a bit much. 2 of the sandwiches didn’t even have egg and were off the value menu.

The MC griddle I received was cooked better than the ones I get from my regular local McDonald’s (was more moist, perhaps fresher?) thank you and keep up the good work! God bless you and thanks for the time and consideration!
