We came here 2 nights in a row. I got the ribeye steak one night and the filet mignon the next. Both were very good. Awesome coleslaw and baked yam side. I wasn’t as excited by the baked potato as I thought I would be. The frosty draft beer was great. Servers very friendly. My husband got the chile verde burrito and it was quite good. He was also happy with the ribs he ordered the first night.
Beware that you will usually wait 30 minutes to 1 ½ hours to get a table for dinner. No reservations, and also no alcohol sold while you wait for your table (Utah law).

Legitimately has to be the best bbq in Utah and can go head to head with anything in the Salt Lake Valley! Food is delicious and comes out pretty quick. I got the 3-meat plate with brisket, turkey, and pulled pork. The brisket and turkey were my favorite. Delicious smoke flavor and tender meat. It’s clear they take pride in the food they serve. The french fries were crispy and bbq baked beans also hit the spot! Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. This place gets super busy but is definitely worth the wait! I will definitely return the next time I’m down in the area.

Thank you Jenny, hopefully I spelled your name correct. To find an authentic smokehouse in such a small place is absolutely incredible, I understand it’s a tedious business when you have variable amounts of seasonal traffic. We came in the off season, I say that because many businesses around say closed for the season, yet these guys rule their smoker almost out of spite to keep the servings ready. None the less when we arrived with low expectations Jenny and the chef served us up some of the most authentic smokehouse and country food one could ask to find. Usually I have to go to blacks or Lockhart’s in Texas for food like this. I got the most massive half rack of pork ribs I’ve ever seen. Classic smoking I think only salt pepper and smoke to treat this meat. At least a 6-12 hour smoke on these ribs. Very impressive smoker out on the main Street so you know they mean business. Beer on tap no liquor as you should expect in these parts of Utah to be quite honest.liquor store is around the corner of that’s a problem for you. I bought all their gin tho sorry. For better or worse, you enjoy the culture. Arrive as strangers leave as friends. A sign they have over the door is no lie. The cultural representation they hold for the area is probably deeper than I could grasp.rodeo buckles great art sculptures antiques. They were incredibly accommodating. Hospitality you should expect from only your family. You will not be disappointed.

This was the most highly rated place near Bryce Canyon NP so we decided to stop in for dinner last night. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t find a changing table in their bathroom for me to change my baby. Especially since it’s a family owned place. But their steaks and jalapeno poppers made up for it! Very delicious and lots of side options. Our waitress was very cheerful and friendly.

Driving on Highway 89 in Panguitch Utah, you’ll drive past this restaurant. Walking up to it the smells of smoked barbecue meat was very tantalizing. Walking in the front door the atmosphere is cowboy cute, but not overdone. The country music playing added to the western air. But that’s where the charm stopped. Service was abysmal. We ventured at 2:20 in the afternoon. You cNt order any dinner items before 4:00 PM. We got our drinks right away, but after that our order took over 40 minutes to get our 3 sandwiches (2 smoked pork and 1 BLT). During that time no one came to check on our drinks or to tell us why it took so long. Once the food arrived the pulled pork was barley luke warm and had no taste at all. They did provide they’re in house BBQ sauce, but I had to pour a LOT of sauce on to make it taste at all. We ate half the sandwiches but couldn’t bare anymore. And still we did not get a refresh of our drinks. As we went to get up to leave the finally asked about refilling our drinks, but we were done with the place. I would suggest you find another stop along your trip, or maybe dinner service is better?

A Feast Worth the Drive!
The food was an absolute blast! The meats were incredibly delicious, and the side dishes were just as impressive. We tried the New York and BBQ cuts—both were amazing—so good that we ended up adding the filet mignon too. We were completely full, but it felt like a true festín. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. If you’re nearby (or even an hour away like we were), it’s 100% worth the visit. You won’t regret it!

SO FREAKING GOOD. Panguitch is such a cute little town and this food is the cherry on top. Best baked beans I’ve ever had. The sweet potato fries are amazing and the mushroom burger— just don’t even mention that to me. Everything here was amazing and our server was so kind. Didn’t get a name but she had a dark brown ponytail and camo leggings. Love her. Would absolutely recommend to anybody visiting.

Nice cowboy themed restaurant that offers very delicious BBQ comfort food. I wasn’t that hungry and so I ordered some potato skins appetizer, and they were tender and flavorful and were wonderful paired with sour cream and their BBQ Sauce. My wife had the smoked turkey and a baked potato and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal as well. Wonderful place.
