She is such a queen- she is personable, kind, and has a one of a kind spunk. She just makes you feel comfortable no matter who you are.
I came on 1/10 with my friend for her 30th and it was such an amazing time.
From the stunning interior which captured the beauty of the western town feel, the amazing waitress who I mentioned, to the fresh food and ice cold beer. Really this place is unbeatable!
I don’t typically love burgers but my bison burger was incredible. The ingredients and toppings came together perfectly!
Makes me wish I could relocate from Texas to Colorado!

Buffalo Rose is absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing with so many great choices—it’s the kind of place where you want to try everything on the menu. The bacon-wrapped dates were out of this world and an absolute must-try. Every dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was just as impressive—warm, lively, and full of character, making it a spot you’ll want to come back to again and again. Whether you’re going for a casual night out or a special gathering, Buffalo Rose delivers an experience that’s both memorable and delicious. Highly recommend!

We were visiting Colorado from Phoenix, AZ. We took a drive through Golden and saw the Buffalo outside Buffalo Rose. We pulled over and checked the menu online. They had a very diversified menu that included elk and bison. We tried the bison meatloaf and carne asada both. Both dishes were great, and the bison was amazing. The green chile served with the carne asada was amazing as well. We wanted to try a dessert, but had to pass after not being able to finish our food. The serving sizes were large, and we noticed several beers on tap. Scott served us and was very friendly and reassured the bison meatloaf was a good choice. Food and service were all amazing! We will be back again, and spread the word about your location!

Disappointing experience. Nachos came cold, stale, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the chicken looked old and dry. It appeared the cooks have no care about quality and just throw stuff together, leaving a lot of it sitting out. The “smothered” burrito had a little trail of sauce poured on it and was also dry.
Served was nice, but not attentive. Took a while to get our check and She never asked how the meal was, so wasn’t able to mention the unmelted cheese. Even when we paid (way over priced for quality), she never asked how it was.
It was a windy day, and they opened the roof for some reason so it was freezing and super windy inside the restaurant. People were putting their big winter coats on and napkins were flying off the tables. It was like this throughout our entire dining experience.
Overall super disappointed in our experience, and I feel like I wasted $50 as I didn’t even finish my meal. Probably won’t be back to dine

Great little find in Golden!! We stayed in the area and stumbled into this spot among the plethora of options downtown and we were pleasantly surprised! Great atmosphere with the open air roof & wall dining area, great drinks, sports on multiple TV’S and great food to boot! We ended up there twice.
Highly suggest stopping and trying this out if you’re in the area!

A great piece of history and a great restaurant. Very unique to sit in. We sat in a dog friendly patio and had our lunch. The atmosphere of the place is cool. The food was good too and the service.

Talk about AMAZING when it comes to Mama Deb and the crew. We enjoyed trying multiple beers and are thrilled to come back again. First timers and we’re sold on this historic building and the history it has to offer. Definite try the Sandlot, and Living The Dream beers. The 3 Amigos chip platter is excellent.

Very good atmosphere and nicely decorated saloon. Our waitress was friendly, although I noticed that not all staff members were as welcoming. The place has a lovely terrace and an interesting history. On the downside, the food wasn’t great—the hamburger was a bit small and slightly undercooked.

Many-A-Show has been seen here. I love the reserved seating upgrade options, but G.A. is great too. Fair priced drinks for a venue, which I appreciate too. Some food options, but limited (for a show).
