Ferraro’s Italian Grille is a longstanding large Italian restaurant and pizzeria that is owned by a local family. It has been a fixture on US 301 in Parrish for more than 20 years. The food is delicious, freshly prepared and the portions are very large. A great choice for a quick casual dinner or take out.

Lived in Parrish over 5 years and have always loved this place. The last few times we have been disappointed. Today will probably be our last time ordering. We ordered the meat lovers pizza last weekend in the restaurant and it was not cooked completely. Today we ordered again and it just looks like goopy melted cheese and cool to the touch. We only have about a 7 minute ride home. We put it in our oven to finish baking. Spaghetti and meatballs always a hit with my son. 2nd imagine is when we cooked it at home.

Solid experience – Not 5 Star but a solid 4 – we would try again.
Tried this place on a whim looking for some vittles while out shopping.
The menu is predictable Italian. I love calzones so opted to try that and it was reasonably priced and well prepared. The dough was not as fluffy as I am used to but overall a win for the quality and price. The bride had a pasta/spinach dish that also passed muster.
Alessandro was unexpectedly efficient and drinks were refilled plentifully. He checked on us regularly and overall was terrific.
We would return to try some other menu items.

Fantastic chicken pesto Stromboli. Stopped in for lunch. Nice vibe and has tv’s if you’re looking to catch a game while you eat. Very nice staff.

My friends from Georgia came for a short vacation and the restaurant was so incredible, we went twice in one week! Both times we sat out in the flower garden area. The atmosphere was sweet, and delightful, unexpected near the busy road. The food was extraordinary. I had eggplant parmigiana one night and chicken Marsala the other. Both were amazing! Best chicken Marsala I’ve ever tasted! The mushrooms were fresh and the sauce was to perfection. My friend loved my eggplant so much, she got it the second night! The Jalepeno poppers, garlic bread and chicken wings were excellent! The waiter was so pleasant and attentive. Alesandro was professional and seasoned, so much so it felt like he was working his Italian family’s restaurant… but he wasn’t related. He seemed like he cared for the customers as family, not as an employee. Definitely going back! Highly recommend for the food, the atmosphere and the service!

We were visiting from New York City and I was skeptical about eating pizza outside of our home base 🙂 But on the cold rainy night we visited, Ferraro’s Hawaiian pizza hit the spot. The service couldn’t have been friendlier and more accomodating. The salad didn’t thrill, but I would certainly return for that pizza and looking forward to trying the pasta too.
