First time at Outback Steakhouse and crickey it was good I went with the 8oz Sirloin & Alice Springs Chicken with a loaded sweet potato and seasoned rice. The sirloin was rare and it melted in my mouth. I’m new to sirloin and it was the best piece I had had. The Alice Springs chicken was really yummy, I love all of the toppings it has got going onn. The brown sugar + butter in the sweet potato made it melt and blend so nicely. I really enjoyed my main dish except the rice. Its seasoning wasn’t to my taste. Then the Chocolate Thunder was delicious, they went all out with the sauce. Overall a very nice experience that would definitely make me want to come back and have the same dish again 😀

My server was AHHHHMAZING! The steak was cooked to perfection. The potato with “all the fixins” was so what I wanted & the salad was crisp & dressed just right. Loved the brown bread & butter too. Got the Raspberry cheesecake to take home. I was stuffed so had it later.
Again, my server was stellar. He was also the bartender that day. I couldn’t have asked for a better early dinner experience.

Make sure you check your order. Ordered a baked potato as the first side on a curbside order, and did not receive it. I guess that’s my fault for trusting them to get my order correct. That’s what tipping 20% gets you.

We decided to sit at the bar even though they were not crowded, as a matter of fact they maybe had 7 to 10 tables total at 7:30 pm on a Thursday evening. As we approached the bar every empty seat was dirty and 3 people were sitting already. One had a drink and no menu, the couple had menus and no drinks then my husband and I.
We ordered our drinks, his crock of soup and our dinner. My husband requested that his dinner come after he received and finished his french onion soup. Well, that didn’t happen. He was about half finished when the meal came out. Because my husband orders his steak medium rare you really can’t send it back to sit under the heat lamp, so of course we accepted our dinner.
His steak was on par and my chicken and shrimp alfredo was okay with the exception the chicken was dry.
The service was great and I would return.

Disappointed, Frustrated and Disrespected
Service was below par and the Young crowd that worked here are more concerned with social life and phones than doing their job. We waited for 30 plus minutes to get seated. Then another 20 plus before a server came by for drinks. There were open tables throughout the restaurant. All this time she served and conversated with other patrons over taking care of us. Server choose to perform better service to certain patrons over my family. Ordered our food and appetizer comes out behind the salads and it was extremely evident that it had sat under the heat lamp for some time. Salad bowl was extremely dirty like they put a fresh salad in an unwashed bowl. Manager came over and never introduced himself just tried to correct the issue for the server. After all that server never came back to the talk to check on us, son was out of drink, wanted to go boxes but she never came back. Had to go ask the host for a to go box. They tried to give me boxes that I watched another family pass around and sit on the table behind them before leaving. The host then came by and picked up boxes and bag to seat another couple then proceeded to place them on the floor behind the host stand and get kicked around as the had social time at the host stand.

Outback is our staple steak restaurant in PTC! Everything is always perfect. Great cocktails (Boomarita ) and friendly staff. Aubrie H is our favorite server. She keeps our drinks full, helpful and always gives great recommendation for dessert.

I ordered take out and never received a text for me to check in. I get home with my to go order and the chicken drums were undercooked andThe burger toppings were going bad. Immediately, I reached out via the website (3 times) and no response. Outback used to be my go to for wings and pasta…. The quality of food has definitely declined.
Update- From my previous bad experience, I received a credit. I decided to give this location another try. It was a disaster. It took awhile to use the credit for take out. I was left with the device to pay and I received an error stating that I could not pay because the order was still open in the POS system. The server disappeared and I found her sitting at a table talking to three other servers. I finally get the food. The server says, check your food so you won’t have another complaint. Turns out, I was missing an entire entree. She was being smug and turns out, it’s just bad service from the servers to the kitchen staff. After a while, She came back stating they are training someone in the kitchen. The pasta looked nothing like it should. The steak sandwich was soggy. There was no sauce with the fried mushrooms and they were extremely salty. I was hoping to get one correct item and once again, it was just horrible.

This is the start of my weekend with my daughter. I’m only here for Valentine’s Day. So I called to make a reservation. It took me 15 minutes and multiple transfers to be told they don’t take reservations on Valentines Day. Leaves me wondering how under trained their entire staff could be?! I will still be attempting to show up for dinner with my daughter, let’s see if they can make this better.
