told the ladies behind the counter that they had bees in the case and the bees are crawling all over the doughnut in the case the little lady told me she could not throw them away because the manager had to approve it..I asked her to get the manager. as I’m telling them not to sell the donuts, they keep selling them through the drive-through and they didn’t care that the bees were crawling all over the donuts they were selling the people who didn’t even know the killer part is call corporate to tell them what was going on and they said it was nothing they can do cause they can’t call out. So they rather be nasty and make their money by selling donuts. That bugs have crawled over that’s crazy.

They have great donuts but they need to be more welcoming to customers . What an unpleasant service . The lady working at the front desk just ready to bite you . If you do one mistake in name she shouts . Customers are always king. They can impact your business badly . I am so not happy that I had a taste for donuts and what I received was white uncooked gummy doughy donuts… And clearly they’re doing shrinkflation and not giving you as much in the batter as you used to. I thought it was a mistake the last time but this time here when I got smaller uneven uncooked donuts. I’m good now. I’ll just take it as a sign that I no longer need this unhealthy treat I would not recommend this location. The last two times were not good for me. I don’t know who the chef to cook or whatever they have working in the back, but perhaps they were in a rush and mine couldn’t finish frying

I ordered two boxes of donuts, but the staff only gave me one. She went to get the manager, and she claimed that she saw me in the line and already took a box. That is totally bullshit and a lie. This was my first order at this store and my first time ever coming here to pick up. There is only one box in my entire car.
Only after I insisted did I finally receive the two boxes that I had paid for and was entitled to. The way this store treats customers is terrible, and the management is just as bad.

Placed an order online, customized the winter specialty donuts. When the order was brought back to the office, it wasn’t none of the ones we picked. Called the store 6 TIMES just to see if we could get them swapped or fixed and no one answered the phone. 3 of the donuts are raspberry and we have a raspberry allergy in office. I just needed them to answer the phone ♀️

Donuts were good, but i bought a chocolate milk by the register and it had mold in it. I did not notice the cap until I tasted the milk and it had a bad, moldy taste. It wasn’t supposed to expire until July. Buy the donuts, not the drinks up front.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Krispy Kreme. I placed a preorder weeks in advance for my child’s Valentine’s Day birthday donuts and still had issues from start to finish.
The day before pickup, I called to confirm everything since I live 30 minutes away and had a scheduled pickup time of 6:15 AM. The employee told me she could not confirm or deny if my order would be ready, which was already concerning.
When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t get some of the donuts I had preordered because the icing “wasn’t ready.” That makes no sense considering I ordered well in advance and called the day before.
On top of that, the donuts I did receive looked rushed and poorly made barely iced, sprinkles only on half, and overall just thrown together. It definitely did not match what I ordered or expected for a special occasion.
I preordered two dozen donuts, but instead of getting what I selected, I was just given whatever was available.
This was for my child’s birthday, and the lack of preparation and poor customer service really took away from the experience. I expected much better.

Absolutely love Krispy Kreme! Their donuts are simply the best—soft, fresh, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The classic glazed is a must-try, but they have so many creative flavors to choose from.
