Always great food, loved there rolls ,best Rolls in the world ,and of course who doesn’t love there #1 Cinnamon butter. I always have 6oz sirloin steak w sweet potato with extra cinnamon butter. So delicious like always. Celebrated with a close friend who got a promotion at work . Great food ,good service . Had a great time/ awesome meal . Tonight we decided to eat at Texas Roadhouse, we had Jess as our waitress she was very sweet & super friendly! No complaints whatsoever, came hungry & left super happy! This is always a great place to go for a steakhouse. This place has been here for over a decade, and they are still driving in a happy crowd all the time! The food was super tasty, and the steak had lots of favor, excellent service! We told the manager that we really liked Jess , and the manager said everyone loves when Jess is on !

I’ve been going to this restaurant for 5 years and I’ve never been treated so badly before. I arrived at 9 am, the restaurant wasn’t full, and yet they put our group at the back of the restaurant and it simply took about 15 minutes for us to be served. The staff didn’t seem at all interested in opening the restaurant today.

I’ve always eaten at Texas and never had a problem, but this year the quality of service has dropped drastically. My order has been listed as ready on the app since 8:39 PM, but I’ve been waiting outside since 8:40 PM, 25 minutes in the rain, for an order that’s supposedly ready. The employees say it’s not ready yet and keep avoiding us, hiding behind the counter messing with their phones simply to avoid serving us. I’m not coming back.

Great food, polite staff. The ribs are always fall off the bone tender and the country fried chicken is crispy and delicious with its white gravy.

I ordered a dozen rolls for pickup and every single one came out burnt. The outside was so overbaked it was hard and bitter, completely ruining what should’ve been fresh bread. Really disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to sharing them.

Ordered an 11oz sirloin medium with baked potato. Sirloin cut was thin and dry as a bone. Needed water to choke this barely seasoned tiny piece of meat down. The cuts are just way too thin to cook properly. Outback sirloin for the same price is a way better value and cut of meat. Outback is going up and Roadhouse is trending down. Large well cooked baked potato with barely a touch of butter and sour cream? It’s like they are just cutting corners at every turn. Salad was actually the best part of the meal? Told the bartender Outback is way better and she told me I should’ve gone there and stop complaining. Maybe this is just a sign of the industry going into the toilet. Maybe I got lucky at Outback and unlucky here? Just be quiet and eat your crappy food!

No Organization!!! We went to Texas Roadhouse, for a late lunch, we were there on New Year’s Eve, we were there at 4:45pm, there were a few people seated, We were immediately seated!! Our server was Mia, she was wonderful , the other couple ordered cocktails, and we asked Mia for a few more minutes before we ordered, the wonderful warm rolls with flavored butter was right there, as well as the peanuts . We placed our orders, and the food didn’t take too long to get to the table. The first problem was, there was no silverware, or napkins to eat with!! And we waited for almost 10 minutes for the silverware!! Then, one of our friends ordered macaroni and cheese with their meal, it showed up near the end of our meal, and our friends ordered two more drinks that one didn’t show up, and one showed up as we were almost leaving!!! The food was wonderful, but as we were ready for the bill, a person, not Mia, was delivering more rolls as we stood to leave!! The food was wonderful, however it’s kind of tough to eat with out utensils! Mia was very nice and a wonderful wit with the situation !!!

I don’t often write reviews, but I such an excellent experience I had to share it.
I hadn’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in several years. My last experience with one ended with my son absolutely covering a booth in vomit which established an unfortunate association in my mind. I decided to forego my irrational reason for avoiding the chain yesterday when I was out an about with the family.
We arrived a little after noon on a Saturday. The place was busy but not packed so there was no wait for a table. Our waitress was attentive right away, brought us some bread and butter, took our drink and appetizer orders, and left us to decide on entrees. She returned promptly with our beverages and politely answered any questions we had about the menu. Her clarifying statements were very concise and conversational. She returned with our appetizer shortly thereafter. There was a small issue where the cheese was missing from most of our mozzarella sticks (assumably it leaked out in the frying), but she offered to bring us a new batch without any fuss or pushback. When the food arrived it was delicious. The portions were large so there were plenty of leftovers afterwards to bring home. What surprised me the most though was when I took the last few sips of my drink the waitress appeared with a refill I hadn’t yet had a chance to request. She did the same thing a few minutes later when one of my children finished their beverage. It was a level of attentiveness I have never seen at a chain restaurant.
The waitress, Sin, made what would normally have a mundane lunch into a truly pleasing experience. Thank you, Sin!
