Everything about my experience was wonderful! I ordered at the drive up and the employee was very friendly and patient with me. I hadn’t been there in a while and I knew I wanted to get a double steak burger with cheese and fries, but it was also a cold day and I wanted to try the chili so I went ahead and ordered the chili five way, too. The line was very short. It moved very fast. I was the third car in line and when I got to the window, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm, hello and she took my card and after a minute, my food arrived. I ate my fries on the way home. I could not resist and they were so delicious. I don’t know if it’s this new beef tallow or what but oh my gosh I wish I would’ve ordered a sack of fries. They were so deliciosu!! When I got home, my bag was loaded with crackers and chili sauce, and ketchup and napkins. Everything I needed and didn’t think to ask for.. I was very impressed! I started to eat my double cheeseburger first but I had to try the chili five way and it was amazing! I couldn’t stop eating it. As I’m eating the chili I’m trying to remember what is in the chili five way so I googled steak ‘n Shake And then I read a snarky post about someone who wasn’t happy at all from six years ago and I felt I needed to say something about my experience. Because sometimes people aren’t incompetent sometimes people are people and we all have bad days and we all make mistakes. There’s no reason to blast it all over the Internet for everyone to see. Think about what other people might be going through before you judge so harshly, your server could’ve used sone kind words. I want thank everyone at the Steak ‘n Shake on Telegraph, you guys are amazing. You do fabulous work and I know it’s not easy to make everyone happy so thank you for all you do.

If you have not been to steak and shake in awhile you’re missing out. Since steak and shake has redone its way of business and service it’s make a massive difference. You go in put your order in yourself and program works great grab your drink and wait for you’re made to order food to be ready. The safe and the food have always been great. I totally understand the new soda QR code approach but it’s definitely not refined and could be better as it’s a pain. I did not mind using it as much as other people that were extremely unhappy. If I was to design it the reader needs to be able to scan vertically also. The QR code sticks to the side of the cup. Or have a sticker would work even better. Unfortunately the amount of dishonest people are more prominent. But overall a great place to take your family for a classic burger fries and a good old shake.

I hadn’t been to Steak n Shake in years. Me and a friend decided to stop and get a shake I was surprised by how clean and organized and personable the staff was. The prices of very good, the size of the shake was a great size and all the shakes are made with real ice cream like in the past. I would definitely recommend going in and sitting down or using the drive-thru. Going to the drive-thru was less than 3 minutes and this was at 8:00 at night.

Most of the Steak ‘n Shakes around the Georgia area have closed, so I was plesantly surprised to find one here today while traveling.
No more going in, sitting down and ordering your food. Now, you are forced to order at a kiosk. You have no other option unless you go through the drive-through, order, pickup, and then take your food inside.
You are given a Q Code for your drink, and you have 10 seconds to serve yourself before the fountain times out.
It’s crazy, AND on top of that, at the end of placing my order, that stupid machine asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Seriously? A tip for what? I just did all of the work.
On a positive note, the Chocolate Milk Shake was exactly as I remember it being. That is: Very good. The fries were good as well.

I came here with my friend as she brought me here. We ate chili cup deluxe and french fries with drinks. They are so delicious and I would love to try other menus as well. Whe you buy food and drinks here, you will get both the receipt and QR code. The QR is to fill the drink, you have to scan first and fill the drink. You can get help from the staff if you don’t know how it works. I also posted a video here how to fill the drink. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We recieved one hot fries and the other one was cold and was supposed to be a cheese fry. They did not add pickles like we asked for on our burgers. Went back in and was just handed a cup of cheese. Also saw a veteran was trying to figure how to get thier deal for veterans day and the cashier said he wished he could get it too and threw a paper down for the vet to figure it out. Customer service and quality control were lacking at this location.

Steak ‘n Shake is an embarrassment compared to the way they were 20 years ago no service no one there to help you. You have to order on a computer no more waitresses total embarrassment to the steak ‘n Shake name what a shame. But not all is negative. The food was still good.
