The manager Hillary, was absolutely amazing. On a busy Valentine’s Day, her attitude and work ethic was top notch. I am a server myself, and after a long day it was so refreshing to have somebody cater to my needs and provide such a positive experience. I live around the corner this place so I am here a lot. How do they NEVER have something smh it’s TERRIBLE. Bad attitudes from the staff & management. DO BETTER STORE MANAGER with your team. I went to the drive thru I ordered2 happy meals, 3 McDouble meals and 2 mcchicken meals when I went to get my food they gave me 2 happy meals, 1 McDouble meal, and 2 mcchicken meals.
When I wanted to order and pay for the other meals they wanted me to get back in line. No way. That was bad customer service. Now I have 7 grand kids and 5 meals worse experience ever!!!

I literally just received a door dash order, deluxe chicken meal with no salt. The packaging was the best thing about the order.the chicken was old and DRY. Fries were hard, cold…maybe to be expected. Bun burnt. I called DD immediately for a refund. I am reaching out to McDonald’s headquarters on this one since the manager has chosen to have a non working phone for customers to call in on. That food is HARD CORE TRASH at best. You only received one star because I had to select a star to write the review

I placed an order from my mobile app, and which I never have an issue with this location. Tonight (12/08/2024), at 5:55pm I arrived in the drive-thru to provide my code and all seemed well. Got through the line and was asked to park as they gathering my food, truly expected. Once I arrived home I noticed onions and pickles was placed on my sandwich and which on my receipt and the tag from the box stated No onions or Pickles. Again things happen so I politely took it off my sandwich which I paid to ensure none of these items was on but moving forward to mold on the top of bun and at this moment I’m furious due to the fact now I truly can’t eat my food. This should have been seen before closing the Lid on the Quarter pounder box, but I digress. PLEASE WATCH WHAT YOU PUT OUT TO YOUR CONSUMERS. Corporate office contacted me and provided solutions and was very responsive. My situation was resolved within two days. Thank you for your understanding.

5/1/25 at 6:07am -6:26 the time I left. Heavy set wearing a flannel with glasses. Messed up my entire order very rude already took her 10 mins to take my order. Order a large frappe this what I get. I got my food from some one else and they agreed her attitude was bad and she gave all she did not want to be at work. If other employees and customers can tell this, this person does not need to be working for you.

I asked for a fish filet sandwich only cook to order they gave it to me Burnt did not see it until I got down the street from my house! H ad to give the sandwich to my cat who want a burnt fish sandwich but a cat lol !!!! Then before I left out I asked for one packet of ketchup the lady said they did not have any they truck did not come yet!!!!

They forgot the hash browns I ordered through the drive through and I didn’t notice, it was for the kids to tite them over before the funeral. I was extremely disappointed couldn’t have made my morning go any worse.
