ServiceMaster Restoration
On March 5th, 2026, our group of four had a very disappointing experience during our visit. We waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes with no staff present to seat us, so we eventually sat down ourselves. When the server finally approached our table, she was immediately rude and impolite. Instead of greeting us or explaining the situation respectfully, she told us in a threatening tone that she could kick us out for seating ourselves.
She also stated the kitchen would take 30 minutes and that she was too busy to take our order. While we completely understand that restaurants can get busy, there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. A simple polite explanation would have been appreciated.
We then waited another 15 minutes and she never returned to take our order. Because it was getting late, we had to go to another IHOP location to order food and take it home. The entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
We hope corporate takes this matter seriously and addresses the behavior of this server so that other customers are not treated the same way in the future.

Paige was an amazing server. She knew how to handle our table and went above and beyond for us. She deserves a raise and praise from management. Would come back just because of her. Was friendly and respectful. Our table loved her. As I said before she deserves a raise and praise. 🙂

The food was decent as always. The staff this time was a huge upgrade from about a yr. ago. The young lady (Paige) at the front counter was so sweet & kind while I waited for my pick up order.

Our server was nice and attentive. We got fast service. My food was good but when I put it in the Togo box I noticed a hair on my plate. The manager gave us 20% off. Other than that, it was a pretty decent lunch.

This place sucks the people at the front desk on Christmas day at 7pm treated us like we were a burden and didnt seat us, just threw the menus down and told us to sit there. We left and no one should go to this location ever. And was like there was automatic gratitude added and it sounded like she said 50%, then when we re asked she said 15% like that was a bad, but we got up and left. Go to other ones and give them your business

My husband and I came to get our regular breakfast date here and were greeted by a lovely lady Zoralle. She was very kind and helped us so much with whatever we needed. She came to us with a smile and a positive attitude and honestly the atmosphere made my day better. Thank you to the team and Zoralle. And whoever was back there making my food oooooooo it was bussin. I was basically licking it off my fingers. Can’t wait to be back 🙂

It a perfect place to go is you are going in a group or when you go alone. The service is amazing and they are so friendly and so polite. When we had questions they answered calming and they explained what it had it help alot especially your a new person there. Especially now what going on they did alot precautions in hygiene and social distancing. It a great please to go for birthdays, anniversaries will others and on other days a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner .
