I had a great experience at this location. The food was at the normal popeyes standards which I enjoy occasionally. The customer service was great I believe the woman’s name was Michelle she was very kind. Because it was busy an item was missing that she didn’t originally here when ordered but it was taken care of immediately. For new customers try red beans and rice start with 2 hot sauce packets mix and enjoy add more hot sauce if needed.

We have eaten here twice in the last year. The chicken and biscuits are very good. Both times we have ordered food through the drive thru. The wait time is double most fast food places. Both times we were given soda that tasted like club soda. No sweetness or flavor. This is frustrating because the food is more expensive than most fast food places. Not sure we will be coming back any time soon

The dude upfront right now is using his bare hands to put in and push down the box liners the food is placed on. Please have your employees wear gloves. Super long wait too, which is consistent with this place. Don’t come if you’re in a hurry. Update: I waited 45 min for my food. A nice employee towards the end apologized and gave me a couple complimentary sides.

We had a great experience here with CS, it was an older woman who was AMAZING and I would probably comeback to this specific location because of her. She was very friendly and Informative, very sweet woman. The food was a-ok, we got the shrimp popcorn, ghost pepper wings L meal with 2 sides, and 2 pc spicy signature chicken it was a total of $26. Don’t let the The shrimp popcorn picture fool you, there was only like 4 shrimps in a sea of what tasted like little balls of dough, the shrimp flavor or shrimp overall was like non existent, so I would probably not recommend nor order that again, The wings weren’t spicy at all and the fries were pretty stale buuut The biscuits were DELICIOUS! Not sure if i would go back to any Popeyes anytime soon but IF i do, I hope im in the area to comeback to this specific location again.

After waiting 45 minutes for my food I was told that the regular chicken won’t taste good because they haven’t cleaned their fryers. They said our chicken would be ready in 7 minutes and then they gave it away! I have tried to come back but I will NEVER GO BACK!! You can see the spicy which I did t want vs the burned chicken we ordered and wanted. Worst experience and the last time I will give them a chance. Don’t waste your time!!

I was here with my kids doing the drive through. When I’m at the drive through the guy was saying can I wait and I say yes. After about 10 minutes of waiting I asked if he still there and he said they got a $120 order I need still waiting. Because I don’t want anymore so in driving forward and the car waiting for the big order was blocked me. When there’s a big order coming out of the drive through you can let the driver drive to the convenient location and wait not blocking all the drive through. After the big order is complete, because I didn’t order anything yet so Parked my car going in side. And the guy working in side still let me wait don’t take my order. I don’t know how this store survive when they have this kind of service I’ll probably never come back again

I visited this shop 2days back .we ordered fried chicken meal which include 9 pieces fried chicken,biscuit &French fries.
I got disappointed that they forgot to keep biscuit & only 8 pieces were kept in the box 1large fried leg piece were not in the mealbox.
It consumed our time & when we went to get those items they really made us to wait for longer time .
All the items which we ordered is not fresh before getting the missed item.
Poor timing & cheating popeyes in this area

Counter lady nice but lack tack and proper restaurant hygiene. She was wiping down counters, took our order, prep our food and service it without ever washing her hands. Soda machines is nasty 1/3 of the machine is out of order and soda mix is off so it does not taste the best. Bathrooms are okay this time but there was trash on the ground a toilet seat hanging on by one screw. Entrance doors are nasty .and scared to touch them!! Full of greasy finger prints. With that being said I am scared to think what the kitchen/behind the scene looks like. Sorry but telling everyone what I see. This is our third time here and my description and review would not change as things have not changed or improved so pretty sure this was our last visit.

All of the food was stale. The Mac and cheese looked like throw up (see picture), not even my (Mac and cheese obsessed) 7 year old would eat much of it. The fries were inedible and cold. The chicken was overcooked and chewy with a stale fried crust around it. My 7 year old tried to ask for a water cup and was completely ignored. They looked at him and walked off.
We won’t be coming back, ever.
