Clean restaurant. Very nice upscale casual vibe. Service was great. Food came out hot and fast. The menu is not as extensive as many sit down Mexican restaurants, but what they do they seem to do very very well. Flavor profile was more complex than most traditional Mexican establishments. Highly recommend. Salsa was amazing—chips were light and crispy. $17-22 a plate, $8-10 for kids.

We had lunch and it was fabulous. I had the #2 lunch combo. Prices very reasonable. I had a margarita and it was very good. Our waiter was Marlon and he was very helpful in describing the entrees and how and what was used to make the margarita. We are visiting and our first time here. Would definitely come back. Put this restaurant on your list of Mexican food restaurants

We went on a 2 day family getaway and my mom wanted Mexican food! I searched Mexican food and this place came up on the search! When we got there we were greeted by Pat who was our waiter and he was phenomenal ! He was so kind and patient with us while we chose our food! Everything was absolutely delicious!! One of the best authentic Mexican flavor, the food of this place has. This was our second visit to Mezcal Mexican Grill. Their chips and salsa, and fresh guacamole was full of flavors.
The chicken fajita platter was tempting and delicious. Chicken and rice were well seasoned. Though their drinks were okay but food was great.
The atmosphere was good however the service was okay. We had to ask multiple times about the same stuff.

Wd ate put on the large patio. Service was great, responsive and attentive. It is dog friendly, we kept our elderly dog in the car because we wore him out on a walk. We asked to sit close to the parking so we could keep an eye on him. The waiter brought us out a bowl of water for our dog. It was very appreciative. We got the Brisket Burrito and it was very good. It is a dry burrito so you have yo dip it in a cheese sauce. It was good and the complimentary salsa and chips were very good as well. I left there stuffed and happy!

Visiting Florida and decided to try this place for a light bite doe dinner. The ambiance is nice and laid back. The service is amazing. The food is even more outstanding. I really enjoyed all of it and would definitely visit again. Pat, our server was the main attraction and he was so welcoming and kind, he made the experience top notch! This is what I had:
Shrimp ceviche: 10/10 oh so fresh, tasty, beautiful, flavorful, and presentation top notch!
Grande top shelf margarita: 20/10 stout and on point in every way. The tequila is so smooth. I even had a shot all by itself.

Special place tucked in the corner of a strip mall. Beautiful inside, smelled great and food was fresh and delicious. We both ordered The Grande for dinner. One beef and one chicken enchilada, one beef tamale and one beef crispy taco over Spanish rice and twice cooked beans. We ordered Flan for a scrumptious dessert.

I love going to this restaurant when visiting on vacation. We went 2 years ago and I remembered it and had to go back. The staff is incredible. By far the best service we had all week. Every worker checks on you. There were 4 of us and everybody loved their meal. Will go back when I visit again! 10/10

Overall an average dining experience. For a weeknight that was not busy, we got seated right in front of the kitchen door which was our only view of the restaurant. Not great. Otherwise it looked clean and had a nice ambiance. Menu was typical. We had carnitas tacos and traditional enchiladas. Food was good, average for a Mexican restaurant. Chips and salsa were served just how I like them. Salty thin warm chips. House marg was good too. Service was fine. Don’t check on us during our meal and wasn’t quite sure which server was actually ours. Overall a good dining experience EXCEPT for our seating location.

We came in on a Friday night to enjoy some Mexican at the beach. The food is delicious. Service was fast and the waitress was wonderful. She refilled our cups about 20 times. The food is really, really good. Prices are fair. We would definitely come back. The shrimp tacos and the taco salad were awesome.
