Food was cold. Ordered simple tacos with Pico. Pico was frozen and still had ice chips. Little meat and 2/3 lettuce. Sad you get exactly what you pay for.

Almost 30 dollars for this! The cheesy roll up was hard so my 19 month old couldn’t eat it. missing a cheese sauce, and what the heck did they put the cheese sauce in? Were out of steak so got cheesy chicken dippers and the small amount of cheese they gave me for my two was like nothing but enough for 2 bites. Retured immediately

I get being busy on a Saturday night at 10pm, but to be fair, there was only three cars in the drive thru line when we got there. This was our food after waiting in line (keep in mind we had place a mobile pick up order through the app)….this was completely unacceptable and for spending almost $30….yeah not too happy. The chicken quesadilla wasn’t even cut up, the tacos looked like somebody sat on them and everything in our bag was essentially thrown in there and not wrapped up. Again I get being busy, but this type of behavior is straight up unacceptable and quite literally lazy.

I placed a pick up order at 6:12. They were busy which is fine. I went inside to pick up my order and was told it will be a minute as there are 4 order ahead of mine, again, this is fine. Almost 45 minutes later I’m told that they lost my ticket and they just started it. It then takes another 15 minutes to finally get my food. I am already frustrated for having to wait an hour for incredibly mediocre food. I get home only to find that my nacho fries are ice cold and hard like they have been sitting out the entire hour i was there. We asked for light beans on the beefy 5 layer burrito they put extra beans. The worst experience I’ve had and i will not return. It was also $42 for 5 items. Never again

Dont waste your time going to this location, its more worth your time to go to any of the other ones. We placed an order online, pulled into the mobile order lane in the drive through and sat in line for half an hour until we got to the speaker. We proceeded to wait ten minutes just to get our order taken, which was five seconds.
By the time we got to the window, we had been waiting over an hour. When we got to the window, there were 8-10 bags of food sitting on the counter, which is a food safety hazard. They realized they had basically lost our ticket, so we said we would pull around and come inside.
We went inside and waited another 50 minutes for our food to come out. We got to the car and checked the bag just for it to be missing several things. Went back inside to get them and left.
This was a horrendous and absolutely unacceptable experience and we will never be going back to this location.

Ordered carry out. Food tasted like chemical cleaners!!! Couldn’t even eat it! Went back there nxt ngt for refund, which they did give…..staff members reaction when we told him bout the taste….. he wasn’t surprised sndvsaidvits quite possible it did have cleaner it

Love them but they take forever to get food out. I’m usually waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and they’re only moderately busy. I understand they must have lots of doordash but it’s ridiculous they still have not figured out a system to keep the drive thru moving. Sad because this is the better location but damn they still take so long

I’ve only ever went through the drive thru, but I’ve been a couple times. Usually the food is fine, but I ordered a 5 layer burrito and straight up it just had cheese and refried beans. Despite this hiccup, the night shift has immaculate vibes. The service is good and the employees will cut up and joke as well. May be my favorite late night Taco Bell location

I had a wonderful and speedy drive through experience. The older man the took our order and spoke to us at the window was kind, quick, funny, and charming. This is definitely the best and most efficient Taco Bell in Lafayette.

Online orders take priority. Service people rush you through. You place your own orders if you go inside. It’s all ridiculous. I’d rather go ANYWHERE else. Food is subpar. No customer service at all. Won’t be back. Technology has ruined this place.
