We found this Applee’s to be the most dirty restaurant we’ve ever been in. The floors looked like they have never been cleaned. I was surprised to see how much spilled soda and food there was all over the floor, every where. There were no clean tables and the ones that were had food under them. We were told our table was just cleaned but had sticky stuff on it and food under.
The waiter was very friendly and fast with service.
We ordered the molten chocolate cake, which was amazing! We were just visiting for dessert.
I would never return to this Applebee’s again.

I tried boneless wings , these are tasty well seasoned and well cooked. Also tried Pasta with pepper chicken, tasted good- observed bacon on chicken as a topping Which is not mentioned on menu and the restaurant guy. Quantity of food is less when compared to the prices. My drink didn’t taste good. However , next I will try other items on menu. Restaurant is clean.

First visit at this location, it was a quiet Sunday evening. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. our special requests were no problem! There were a few customers quietly watching sports from bar. It was actually very relaxing!

I recently dined at Applebee’s and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, there was no hostess and no staff in sight. We were the only ones waiting, and the restaurant did not appear busy—there were only a couple of families, a half-full bar, and one large party. After waiting 10 minutes, we were finally seated, which should have been our first warning sign.
It took a long time before our server, Julianna, came to our table. She took our order, and then we waited over an hour for our food. During that time, she checked on us only once and never apologized for the delay. We had ordered an appetizer, so I asked about it, and she casually mentioned the cook had just made a large batch of mozzarella sticks and ours would be out soon. She didn’t take our menus, never refilled our drinks, and I eventually had to go find silverware myself because she was nowhere to be found.
All of our food came out at once—appetizer and entrées together—which defeats the purpose of ordering an appetizer. My son’s pasta looked like it had been sitting out; it was cold and the sauce had thickened and dried out on top. Most of our food was lukewarm at best. To make things worse, my son’s side was missing. Instead of fries, she told us “they just gave you more mozzarella sticks” as if that counted as his side. We also received no marinara sauce, and after asking twice, we finally got some—but by then the mozzarella sticks were cold.
We are not people who complain easily, but after waiting over an hour and watching mistake after mistake, I would’ve at least expected a comp for the appetizer or an apology. We received neither. Our drinks were never refilled during the nearly two hours we were there. When the bill finally came, we were even charged for the fries my son was supposed to get with his meal, so we had to wait another 10–15 minutes for that to be corrected.
I understand being short-staffed or busy, but the issue was not just the kitchen—it was a complete lack of attentiveness and care. No napkins, no silverware, no menu removal, no drink refills, no apologies, missing sauce, cold food, and multiple errors on our bill. Julianna did not seem concerned at all about how poor our experience was.
The food itself was standard Applebee’s food, but it would have been much better if it hadn’t been lukewarm and clearly sitting for a while. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant.

We came here for a birthday party and everything was fantastic. A group of 14 and not one issue with our orders. Food was delicious. Service from Mallory was friendly and quick! She made the occasion hassle free!

The service has gone downhill a great deal, and I guess I can say the same thing for the food.
The bartenders move slower than any I’ve ever seen anywhere, they don’t greet you, they don’t look at you, and they don’t check up on you….. My last visit was so bad that I didn’t even leave a tip..
And that’s not like me, but when someone ignores you for 20 minutes, then take your order, then wait another 20 minutes to make it, you really have no other choice but to recognize that it was poor and terrible service..
I don’t recommend this particular Applebee’s location, but perhaps others in the area are better..

I was dissatisfied with my curbside pickup experience. When ordering online, I was allowed to purchase two drinks with a side. Upon arrival, I called the curbside number to let staff know I was parked in spot #2. The employee I spoke with on the phone was rude and told me that both myself and another customer would need to come inside to retrieve our drinks. I explained that during a previous visit, my drinks had been brought to my car, but she responded dismissively and said, “We don’t do that.”
I then went inside, showed my ID, and mentioned that previously I had not needed a second person present for a second drink. At that point, I was told I could not receive my order without purchasing an additional food item, which had never been communicated to me before. To resolve the situation, I agreed to order another side of garlic mashed potatoes, even though I did not want additional food.
During this interaction, the employee( Melissa ) took my ID and examined it for an extended period, appearing suspicious and making me uncomfortable. As a 29-year-old Black woman with valid identification, the way this was handled felt inappropriate and disrespectful. Overall, the employee’s ( Melissa ) attitude and behavior made the experience unpleasant and unprofessional.
