They will close 20-30 minutes before they’re closing time and not take anymore orders… stale buns… and they will lie to your face about “we don’t do diced onions anymore” (they do in fact have diced onions)… they do what they want and it’s bad for business

The lady at the drive through was great. Nice and polite. But the girl at the second window, well, my frappe was already made in the container, not even very cold. She just through the topping on it, grabbed a bag a handed it to me. Half my order wasn’t even in the bag. I tried calling but of course, no answer.

I’d like to share my frustration with McDonald’s drive-thru . On several occasions, I’ve ordered food to go and, upon arriving home, I’ve discovered that my order is incomplete. The missing items vary, but it’s common for them to forget to include something important.

The service was terrible, I came there around 11pm, it was a rude manger who yelled at us telling us to go in the back of the line and pay and it was packed… yes we accidentally skipped a window to pay because we saw no one at the first window so we was gonna pay at the second window… and some rude women yelled at us saying we gotta pay in the back of the line … she was very disrespectful and I didn’t like that at all , it’s very unorganized and they should treat their customers better then what they did .

I would like to shine a spot light on the manger Jason. Not only was is customer service wonderful while we were eating but he went out of his way to help us on Sunday afternoon when our tire went flat in the parking lot. It was very hot outside and he invited my children and I inside to stay cool, as well as offered us cold drinks. He also went above and beyond to check on my husband outside and offer him cold water while he worked on the tire. The kindness that he showed us was truly heartwarming. He made a very uncomfortable situation so much better. The experience at this location is one that we will always remember and be thankful for! Thank you Jason!! 5 stars to you and your team!!

They have 5 ppl working the drive thru and a line of ppl inside being ignored. I ordered 2 pies and a mcflurry. After 15 minutes and watching everybody working the drive thru I asked if I needed to go thru the drive thru to get my very simple order. I was told no but I should wait my turn. I responded with “I’ve been waiting for a simple order”. This he/she named Melissa tells me I have to wait , “it’s not my turn.” Again I say I’ve been waiting. It literally took 30 seconds to get me my order. “Melissa” is both rude and unaccomodating. I wish her lots of luck with her attitude throughout life.
