I didnt have time to drive back, the so called cheese burger should have been fresh and hot that the cheese would melt was like it was taken out of the fridge cold the burger dry! Never again. Having to tell the drive through 3 times every time I go gets very anoing.

Never thought that I would give a fast food joint five stars. The service they seem to have an attitude now when you come inside to place an order instead of doing doordash and the breads always seems stale the burgers barely warm and God forbid they actually get the order right. But I went to this Wendy’s for the first time in probably 6 years. It’s at i-4 and 579 in seffner florida. I decided to sit inside to eat and doing so I placed my order inside, they do not have a kiosk. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant and did not even give me attitude when I asked for a couple of extra ketchups. I ordered a Dave’s double cheeseburger with fries and a water. I had to wait about as long as it took me to get napkins and salt and pepper. My burger was piping hot and fresh. The bun was fresh and it actually came with cheese and everything it’s supposed to on it. The fries were fresh and piping hot as well. The restaurant was clean the restrooms were clean and it did not have the sticky floor or sour mop smell in it like a lot of the fast food joints do in Tampa. I know they sound like trivial things but I mean I was very happy and I definitely will go back to see if this was a fluke visit or not.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I placed an mobile order to pick up in-store today 2/18 at 11:30PM EST, for my surprise the staff was serving the chicken nuggets I ordered with bare dirty hands, no gloves and constantly cleaning their hand with their dirty clothes. I proceeded to toss the food in the trash as it was absolutely disgusting. Rest assured I won’t ever visit this location again.

By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked fast food (Culver’s and McDonald’s and Marcos pizza) in the past and it’s really not a difficult job. Yet somehow the management of this restaurant has managed to put together the most incompetent staff I’ve ever witnessed. No one at the front counter for 10 minutes to give me a MOBILE ORDER. Restaurant wasn’t busy, completely dead. It’s just mind-blowing how bad the service was. And the food was cold! Fries dead, burger dead, nuggets dead. All I got was damn biggie bag. Avoid this place at all costs. I can’t imagine what the cleanliness is like if they can’t manage to get a biggie bag out when the restaurant is dead.

We placed a carryout order 10 minutes prior to arriving so our food would be ready to go. We get there and they hadn’t even started. The restaurant was dirty. We waited 10 minutes and our food still wasn’t ready. They were rude and there was no one in the restaurant. We left without our food. Very unprofessional.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to before. I waited 10 minutes at the counter before being acknowledged/noticed and my order finally getting taken. The staff were inattentive, distracted, and generally unprofessional. They were cursing across the kitchen/counter, shouting at eachother/to eachother and generally messing around. My food sat on the counter for several minutes before they had it all together. I didn’t get what specifically I ordered but was too hungry to go back and ask for the spicy chicken nuggets, so I tried to eat it anyway… I couldn’t even finish it despite the fact I hadn’t eaten all day. The chicken nuggets and French fries both tasted off. I wouldn’t stop here again.

What a joke that visit was. had four or five cars waiting had us pull into a parking space waited 9 minutes then went in to find out where our order was and was sitting on the counter getting cold. They rebagged it and some lady was asking about other orders going out wrong two other customers that had already left. hamburger was cold and bread was dry. We will never stop at that Wendy’s again. However chili was good and quite tasty.

This place is horrible! Horrible management, she couldn’t even get my order right. She overcharged me for what idk because I got no receipt and was told she can’t pull it back up. The fries where all old so I asked for fresh n they weren’t finished. I watched her tell the girl your not going to finish them are you?! Like what??? That’s how you treat customers food, with no care at all?? My burgers have ketchup and mustard and grease all over the wrapper. I’m currently wiping the buns off with napkins! The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way threw. Oh yea my cookie was wrong and not a whole cookie!
