Jess was an outstanding server who made the dining experience enjoyable. She was attentive, always checking in just at the right moments to ensure everything was perfect. Great food, good drinks. Our waiter was very nice, checked on us frequently. The steak was cooked perfect with garlic butter on the top. Ceaser salad was different but good, definitely will be back if in the area again!

We just had our family Christmas here in the garage at Logan’s. There were about 25 of us and we couldn’t have been happier. Food was good. Atmosphere was great. But the service was outstanding. Ronnie was our server for the entire group and was pleasant, efficient and amazing! She did such a good job of keeping everyone satisfied and even learned the names of our little ones and engaged with them. She took family pictures for us and honestly made this just an amazing night. She was constantly asking what we needed and delivered. Thank you Logan’s for making this a great place for a family to have a celebration. Thank you Ronnie for taking such good care of us!

Been here 3 times now.
1st time: Slow service 45 min to get food. (NY Steak) messed up steak, also forgot the shrimp. (Shroom-swiss burger) No sauce or flavor at all.
2nd time: Service was fine. (NY Steak) Forgot shrimp again… (Roadhouses burger) Had to ask for BBQ sauce since there again was nothing on it.
3rd time: Service was fine. (NY Steak) again ordered shrimp and again they forgot… (Salad) Was frozen…. (American burger) I would like to suggest not giving the hard thick top of the tomato, that was just a solid piece, also absolutely dry burger, sauce must be rare here. Also the serving of fries could have fit in an infants hand.
Overall for a restaurant, not to mention a steak restaurant, it just isn’t that great. Especially if you want a good burger. The US Coney & Cone has a $7.50 burger just packed with everything that is way, way better than anything I have had here. The US Coney has a 4.7 rating, while Logans has as of this review 3.9.
Going over the other reviews I see I am not alone in my experience. Sadly they seem to respond to every review, but don’t learn from them, and seemingly refuse to fixing anything.
Not sure if I will be back. I will check the reviews again in 6 months and see if there is any change.. No need to respond, just fix the problems instead.

BEST rolls ever I love them with there ranch dressing. My daughter had the kids meal ribs and corn she LOVED it, I had the crispy chicken Cobb salad it had avocados SO GOOD and my bf had the Parmesan chicken witch was very very delicious!! Service was great Jessica was right in point. Bathrooms where clean as the atmosphere was amazing too we will be back for more rolls

We were hosting a friends/family lunch after a committal service for my mom in Midland. Someone suggested Logan’s as they have a separate dining area for gatherings. I called and from the first phone call everyone was very kind and helpful. We had told them around 30 people but ended up with 46! They were kind and just went with it. They went over and above to make it the best experience. I can’t thank the team enough (sorry I can’t remember names) but it was the Manager, asst Manager and a lady that originally took reservation and set everything up and servers. Thank you so much for making this happen for us! Highly recommend this for a small get together. Staff is fabulous! Food was good and the yeast rolls were a hit!!

My daughters rare cooked New York strip was perfect! Our drinks were also perfect. My son ordered his burger well done & it came out extremely well done- charcoled. He ate 2 bites of it. Our server was friendly but not very attentive. She never asked how our food was. Even after seeing we didn’t eat much of it. I brought it home in boxes for the dog. Probably because she knew most of it tasted like plastic. No flavor. Very disappointed in our experience. I wonder if this place ever has a returning customer. The tables are also very small. No elbow room for even teenagers.
