Family atmosphere. Excellent food quality and customer service. The bathroom is beautifully decorated, smells great, and is very nice. The main dining room is very clean and well-organized. I highly recommend it.

I visited this location today with my family and 4-month-old baby. While the food was standard, I was very disappointed by the service from a tall male staff member. I observed him being very warm and proactive with other families nearby, but when he served our table, he set the food down coldly and walked away without saying a single word. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and made us feel unwelcome as an Asian family. We expected a more professional and inclusive environment here

Incompetent staff who routinely screw up drive through orders. For the 2nd time in a week I ordered a 12 count GRILLED nugget meal (as well as a second 8 count GRILLED nugget meal) and received an 8 count FRIED meal even after strongly emphasizing “grilled”. Either go to a different store or make them confirm your order before you even leave the pickup area. The people taking the orders are either deaf or just negligent.

This location has been horribly operated since day one. The workers are mostly really good, hard working people. But it’s the owner and/or manager that sets them up to fail. It’s impossible for workers to get customers orders out timely due to the lack of employees and how they are managed. It serves a significant amount less customers with significantly longer waits. There’s no difference if you’re walk-in, app, app-drive thru, or drive thru; it’s all horribly operated, day after day. I stopped going to this location unless I’m staying local but if I am or family is headed away from this location, we will always pass this it due to its ineptness.

Pretty busy location.

Order ahead using app. Service is prompt. Orders are accurate. Usually get nuggets fries and a milkshake. I have been here at least 5 times in past 4 months.

Employees are very courteous and trained well. They ask if need help / being served.

Parking lot can be busy / hard to get spot during popular times.

Drive thru usually busy; recommend walking in for pickup.

I’ll start off by saying I frequent this Chick-fil-A very often and have always enjoyed the food and the pleasant staff. Today, as I was eating my chicken egg and cheese sandwich, I found myself pulling out a strand of hair out of the bite I had taken. I felt so disgusted seeing this strand because this is absolutely NOT my hair. I’m very disappointed because like I said, I frequent this establishment often and am always happy with my service. This experience definitely has me thinking of going to a different Chick-fil-A now. Again, VERY disappointed.

Love this place but when I go in I’m hoping that the older woman with the long hair isn’t working the counter. As a man, my name isn’t sweetie or lovely or darling and that’s how I’m referred to when she’s on the register. Show some respect to the customers like every other counter employee does. Today I was asked by her, what I did for Thanksgiving, what my plans were today and on and on. I’m thinking….I just want my biscuit to be on my way. There’s nice but it’s just way over the top with this lady.

Today, I ordered 3 pieces of Chicken Strips meal. I like Chick-fil-A because they have crispy delicious chicken and good taste of potato fries. Thank you for happy meal for us 🙂
