A few nights ago, I was missing a taco from my order. I called the store, and the employee who made my order answered the phone, apologized, and told me he would write my name down so I could get the missing taco the next time I came in.
On December 24th, I attempted to place an online order around 6:45 pm, not realizing the store was closing early at 7 pm for the holiday. The app wouldn’t process the order, which is understandable. Since I was already there, I politely went to the drive-thru to ask about the taco I was previously told I could come back for.
The employee at the window immediately accused me of lying and said she wasn’t giving out a “random free taco,” then closed the window. The manager then came to the window and, after I explained the situation calmly, also accused me of lying. When I pointed out the employee who told me I could come back, the manager dismissed him entirely and said he “had no authority” and told me to leave because there were “paying customers” waiting.
This was extremely frustrating and embarrassing, especially over a $2 taco that was missing due to their mistake. The way I was spoken to and treated was unacceptable. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t demanding—just trying to resolve an issue I was told would be handled.
I expect much better customer service from a place I’ve supported for years.
I’m a truck driver and arrived at this location for food on 03/12/2025.
Was refused service due to not having a vehicle despite the store hours posted stating that the establishment was open from 7AM – 2AM.
I arrived here at 10:30 PM
As a truck driver, having a conventional vehicle to use the drive through is simply not an option.
A store employee told me that I could only be served if I were to hop into a strangers car and be driven through the drive thru
Highly unprofessional and a slap in the face for truckers out there just trying to eat.
Tonight we went through the drive through and was handed the wrong order. Our order was for our family of 4 but were handed enough food for two. We didn’t notice until we got home (20 minute drive) and were not willing to go back out. I called the store and the woman I spoke with was rude. She said I could bring the uneaten food back and swap it for the order we left behind. Keep in mind by the time we would have made it to the store, it would have been sitting on the warming shelf for over an hour. Not to mention she already gave the food to another customer before they returned it and expected me to now take that food that had already been touched. I wasn’t even mad. Just looking for a good customer service experience and perhaps a comped meal next time we went to the store for the inconvenience. I asked to speak with the manager and she wouldn’t let me do that nor would she give me his name. Only that they would call back at their convenience. She wouldn’t give me her name and she wasn’t willing to talk further on the phone with me and hung up.
I like this particular taco bell because any changes to my order they’ve always got correct, where many others would either not do the change or get it wrong.
Wouldn’t wouldn’t recommend going during busy time.Because the wait time can get lengthy
Still good enough for 3 stars, a delicious junior bacon cheeseburgeri s by far much better than taco bell just look at this delicious burger
