The food was not bad, but just average. I got the chicken fried steak with poached eggs, and hash-browns. The eggs were poached correctly, but nothing stands out. I’d say the coffee was the best part of my meal. It looks like they focus more on drinks than they do on food. The atmosphere was really nice in the restaurant is very well staffed. That said, my service was not good. My server never came back to check on me and I had to track him down to get my bill. It was not Busy And I was just a single diner. My server dropped off a picture of water and the craft of coffee, Which is just pure laziness on a single top. This is something that you do with large tables Or when you’re busy. Server definitely does not deserve a tip because I might as well have just ordered at the counter.

We visited for a late Sunday morning breakfast, and the place was bustling with a packed crowd. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone. The food quality remained top-notch, even during the rush. My pancake wasn’t particularly fluffy, but it tasted good. The egg was cooked perfectly, and the bacon slices were large and flavorful. Our server was friendly and attentive, despite being clearly occupied with many tables. We definitely plan to return and look forward to trying another day, perhaps midweek, to enjoy the place with a bit less of a crowd.

One of my favourite to dine in for breakfast in Tempe. I like the variety of the menu. I’ve been there twice and no complaints. The service and the food were up to my satisfaction. I know there are many places to dine in for breakfast in town however few are good in it and US Egg one of the leading ones.

Kitchen fire closed it for months. Reopened and food was not fresh. Had bad food poisoning from the protein pancake. Guess they don’t sell enough of it to keep it fresh. Companion had biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were good but gravy needs a bunch of sausage, pepper, and less salt. Place was clean and service was good.

Basic good breakfast. My pancakes were a little crispy on edges. Bacon was crispy that was good. Partner had the protein pancake. They liked them. Solid breakfast spot. I’d go back.

Very family oriented atmosphere. Everybody seems happy and enjoying themselves. Laughter, talking , kids, conversation . Menu seems genuine with allot of options. Seating outside with misters going . Makes outside bearable. Bench seating and chairs. I order the corn huskers. Sounds like a lot of food.. waiting . Did i mention.. popular. Service is very very quick. Food looks delicious.. hash brown taste House made.. good. Bacon thick. Egg over hard..not to oily. Which is good. Strawberries not freshly cut. Sour dough toast is quite nice. Not overly hard.. wheat pancakes lite and airy . Not heavy quite nice. Over all good.. allot of food. I like the way they use the KISS method. Keep it simple.. coffee kettle left at your table..

This is a great quiet spot for breakfast during the week, food is that of a traditional classic diner. Everything on our plates tasted amazing and service was friendly, quick and attentive. The orange juice was very good and fresh. Bacon was nice and crispy! Plenty of parking. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast!

Great local restaurant with real flavors. I tried the Ham Idaho Skillet and replaced the hash brown with Tomato . Let me tell you , it was great. Coupled with a fresh brewed coffee and some half and half. I don’t live in the area, but I will definitely go back there when I I’m PHX area.
