We came for family vacation and to take our kids to where we spent our honeymoon (for our 21 year anniversary) to the London Bridge Resort and Red Robin is within walking distance. The foods was fresh & delicious. With the endless options you can get full & take home a meal as well for later The restaurant was quiet and clean with amazing pictures on the ceiling. The food was amazing and came quickly. Brett our server was THE BEST. We always had our refills fresh & hot & the drinks kept coming. We signed up for the Royalty rewards and got the CHEESEY MOZZARELLA TWISTS. So DELICIOUS. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO START OUR TRIP. All the kids enjoyed everything. Including the endless Mac & Cheese on the kids meal. We even got ice cream Sundays for our 21st anniversary This was the 1st time our family came here & we will be coming back the next few days as well.

When you go to a place to enjoy a meal with your family, you expect to go to a place that makes you feel welcome and wanted. This was not the case for myself and my family. When we first arrived, we were greeted And seated within a friendly manner and Our waiter came and introduced himself and took our drink orders. We were nothing but kind and ensuring we used our manners. However we were returned with poor customer service and care. This waiter slammed his tray against the wall making a scene when one of us said that we “didn’t get water with lemon”. After that interaction our waiter was absent, rude and had an attitude that he didn’t want to be there. When asked for a to-go cup for chocolate milk for a kiddo we witnessed him speaking with another employee asking to bring us the cup and when she said no he said “I’ll just leave the cup here then… I don’t care”. He then came over with said cup with his finger on the INSIDE. We left it there. This experience made it to where we were uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately.
We were nothing but nice and expected kindness in return , and were met with this experience. We will not be returning.

I had a great experience at Red Robin. The food was really good and came out fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive the whole time. The only downside for me was the sweet tea—it was a little too sweet for my taste. Other than that, everything was solid, and I’d definitely come back.

I was so impressed with the burger I had, it was the best I’d had in several years. Great flavor, cooked to order. I had the blue cheese bacon burger, it had a very nice balance of bacon and blue cheese, nothing overpowered the burger. The burger was also so nice and moist.

Arguably the best fast casual deal in Lake Havasu. Friendly and helpful staff are on top of things. Very nice teamwork in this clean restaurant. Chef has even come out of the kitchen to check on diners. Don’t miss out on their amazing big yum deal. Ten dollars for all you can eat sides, double cheeseburger and your choice of soft drinks. Accommodating for special requests! Tons of regulars you see every time.

Waited 15 minutes only to be seated in the bar area, we could have seated ourselves immediately.
Service was super slow, waited 20 minutes to get refilled on drinks. Feel sorry for the server, nice lady working hard. But she had way too many tables to cover. Over-all poor experience.

Ordered the LG Tower of onion rings, a personal favorite for many years. However, when it arrived at the table, it looked more like a Tower of slightly burnt Cheerios that had been kicked around the parking lot a few times. I’ve never seen an order of onion rings that small. I had to break 3-4 of them just to get them off the tower rod. When we asked our server, she mumbled something about that just being “how it goes sometimes” as she walked away. We were not impressed.
My 2nd issue is that the empty plates, etc remained cluttered around the table through the entire meal.
The burgers and fries were very good, but the overall experience was quite disappointing.

Not exactly my taste, but the grandkids love it. This time we just happened to get seated in a section with a burnout light above our head one refill on our drink and fries after a long wait. Not typically cranky about it but when a teenager doesn’t want to go back for burgers it tells you something.
