I came here on 12/13/25 around 4pm. No wait time and was seated immediately. The atmosphere was homeish, was a lot of families eating which is good to see. My waiter was a lady with glasses and was very fast, helpful & friendly 10/10! I told her it was my first time there. The Manger brung me out hot fries with their homemade sauce to try since it was my first time so was that nice! . I ordered my son the mini corn dog meal with fries with no salt. He has Autisum so will not eat fries with seasoning. When i got his fries they were very dark and not like the golden crispy fries i just received from the manager. The waitress informed me that they redipped already cooked fries to removed the seasonings, big Nono in the kitchen. I simply told her may i get fresh fries i don’t mind waiting, the next fries were perfect. His corn dogs were burnt. I got the red Robbin burger. My burger was completely cold even my egg. My sweet potato fries were cold as well. She then brung out my refill fries and they were nice and hot because she stated my pervious fries looked visibly not appealing. I also ordered the zucchini fries which were good but were burnt. I sent them back twice and both times were burnt. I didn’t want to keep sending food back so i just took the loss. I didn’t know if my food was burnt or the grease was old. Service was 10/10 but my food was cold and i only ate half my sandwich. Very nice place just wish my food was hot and matched the service that i received.

Red Robin is always a go-to for me whenever there’s a location nearby. The food is consistently yummy and they have a great $9.99 deal that includes a double burger, soda, and endless steak fries—such a great value! The service is always solid with a friendly team that makes you feel welcome.
One note: it can get pretty busy with families and kids, so it’s definitely on the louder side. But if you don’t mind a lively atmosphere, it’s a fun and reliable spot for a good burger and bottomless fries.

Excellent food and service!
We stopped in for an early dinner on Sunday after a hard day of unpacking and hanging TVs. Bree took excellent care of us the whole time and was just super nice as well!
As you can tell from the photos – we all had burgers including a turkey burger plus one with a gluten free bun. We tried all the potatoes including chips, steak fries and sweet potato fries. I think the best evidence of a good meal is zero boxes needed for any leftovers.

We’ve been to this Red Robin several times, but this time stands out for being not that great unfortunately.
To start, when we walked in 3 employees were complaining about something, and took a while to even acknowledge us. When we were finally seated, our table had crumbs all over it, so we had to ask the hostess clean it. I looked around and noticed several other tables were filthy.
Our server Danielle, however, was super sweet, and friendly. She did a great job of checking on us. She’s a gem.
Service was fairly quick, but the Yukon fries were over cooked and unseasoned. I actually had to ask for another side because they were just that bad.

This was out first time at a Red Robin, the service and food was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and private. The prices are very competitive with good portions.

UPDATE – Hands down, this is my daughter’s favorite restaurant. We stopped in recently, this time on a Thursday evening. Although it was close to quitting time, our server Courtney made us feel welcome and treated us like it was the middle of the day. He took our order and was pleasant and attentive the entire time. The burgers were great as usual. We’ll be back. I highly recommend you ask for Courtney next time you stop in

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and got seated right away. The food was excellent. We ordered different burgers, and they were cooked just right. We also tried their fried pickles and island heat wings. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating. Overall, this was a great experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed some burgers here the other day.
We got their appetizer trio (the Chili’s triple dipper, essentially), and then each got a burger. The food was good!
We were sat in a weird spot, close to the “employee table” where many of the employees would leave their drink/snacks/phones… which made it feel very unprofessional. Our waitress was nice, she had her baby with her.
The floor was really sticky, which is also why the rating is lower for atmosphere.
If you can deal with the dining experience not being as nice, the food is great!

I had never eaten at a Red Robin before so I was excited to cross it off my bucket list. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant itself was clean and the decor was very easy on the eye. The food when -it wasn’t wrong- was good but that’s about all the praise I have though.
When we received our drinks, the margarita had black particles in it and so we had to send it back. The waitress had asked if we wanted the burger pink or well done; we said well done but the burgers still had pink in the middle. When I received my burger, an avocado and bacon, my burger had a pitiful amount of avocado and zero bacon. All of this sounds innocuous in isolation but frustrating happening back to back.
The cinderblock that broke the camels back was when we had also specifically asked for no pickles on one of the burgers because my family member is allergic. However, not only did the burger have pickles on it, but another burger that we had asked whether or not had pickles also had them when the waitress said it didn’t. When I asked the waitress about it, she said, “You should’ve mentioned they were allergic at first.” No? I mean, whether I have a person in my party who is allergic or not, if I asked for a burger with no pickles, it shouldn’t have them! I realize this isn’t the waitresses fault, but they really need to get their act together in the kitchen especially considering the price of the burgers.

Red Robins food is delicious. We went on a Friday. They are open late no reservations needed. Service was great (it was pretty empty that night). Burgers are yummy. The bottomless drinks are a plus. The bottomless fries (which is what I go for) seemed like a struggle to get refills, it took a while. And out initial batch was so small it was done before our server could get 3 feet away. Parking is in a free onsite lot. Bathrooms small but clean. My only real gripe is that our table and booth were dirty. It was like the seating host couldn’t see. We pointed it out, they only wiped the seat. The table was nasty. Wasn’t until I asked to have the table cleaned was it. I expect better with all that is still going around.

It was okay. Burgers were nothing out of this world. Looked more like smash burgers. Took forever to get our server to get rounds of “bottomless” items. Even getting refills was hard and it wasn’t even busy. Mac and cheese was cold. Bathrooms were dirty and the lock doesn’t even work. It was my first and probably last time visiting.
