What a great restaurant! The atmosphere was great, but the food and service were even better. We went a little before dinner hours and were seated immediately. Our appetizers came out within 5 minutes of ordering and were excellent. We had the gator bites and Brie cheese compote. Dinner was just as good. I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress because she was very pleasant and attentive. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been here before and it is rock solid dependable for good food and eclectic atmosphere. The service is excellent every time I’m here and they’re different people waiting on us each time. If my wife and I come we usually get the two for $11 or 3 for $16 lunch specials , if you get the soup it’s a dollar more for she crab soup which is worth it. I have it every time we come. The half of buffalo chicken sandwich was crispy yet light and moist, I recommend get the dips and sauces on the side if you can. The small Caesar salad was fresh and green and crispy with a uthentic Caesar dressing very fresh. My wife had the beer cheese soup which she has usually there cuz it’s so delicious.
My wife’s been there twice as many times without me cuz she took her woman’s club there to meet for lunch and they all enjoyed it it’s a good value for what you get.
Depending on when you go which was about 11:30 a.m. today parking can be hard to find.
It’s handicap accessible they have a ramp.
What’s unique about this restaurant is that it has small rooms divided by old reused doors some with windows in them.
They have a separate bar area which is very rustic looking and an outdoor patio.
Reservations recommended for weekends which we try to avoid the weekend visits.

The food was fantastic. I got the NY strip steak and it was juicy and tender. Everything we ate was delicious. The waitress was great. The atmosphere was very unique. We went for a date night and it is a perfect date night place! We did not have a reservation so we sat outside and waited. There is a beautiful sitting area outside. We loved everything about it.
For the food we got, the price was amazing! I thought we would be spending more for the quality of food we got but we were very pleased with the bill.
Will definitely be back to this place again!

Jake and Ronda were amazing tenders at the bar. They made me feel very welcome and at home. The bar seemed to have a lot of local regulars, who were friendly and welcoming as well. The food was great. I had the “She Crab Soup” and “Ribeye” steak, I also tried the “Gator” and as a Florida native who has tried in Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana, this was the best Gator I have had. The steak was cooked to perfection. They also have a in-house steak sauce that was amazing and will stand up next to any steak sauce that I have had. As an out of town person who was looking for a good meal after a hard day at work, I hit the jack pot. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a great meal and good service. Families are welcome or come alone.

This place was amazing, I had Cracked peppercorn chicken Alfredo, I ate until I couldn’t eat anymore. Portion was big, the food was really good. Bananas Foster for dessert, all of it fantastic. Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Visited for the first time for a family birthday celebration. We were quite impressed with the atmosphere this fun restaurant displayed. Our booth was very cozy and rather private. It felt like we were dining alone which was great! Not noisy, or cluttered! Very nice! We ordered the calamari to start. Best calamari ever!! The peppadew peppers were the perfect accompaniment with these tender crispy little critters! One of us had shrimp fettuccine which was delightful. Another had the stuffed meatloaf which came with garlic seasoned green beans and potatoe wedges which wete actually just french fries. She crab soup cup tasted wonderful, however had many fine crab shells in it. Atleast we knew it was made fresh in house. BLT sandwich came with plenty of bacon on nice thick toast. We were able to sit and visit without being hurried by our sweet very proficient server. She was very accommodating and always right on with drink refills and checking to see if we needed anything else. Very nice lunch celebration was had by all. Definitely recommend. The only downside might be the lack of parking. This is in downtown Dade City so parking is a bit difficult, but certainly not enough to deter another visit!! We look forward to future visits for sure!!

We have visited this restaurant several times. It has been a very nice place as a halfway point to meet friends and family members. Our servers have always been top notch. Today we had Iris B. for the first time. She was perfect. She is a classy lady to begin with. She did a great job of helping us be comfortable for the duration. We were not rushed to place our orders nor were we rushed to depart once we were finished. So, we had a very relaxing and rewarding afternoon.
