for sure deserves it 10/10! We sat right in front of the restaurant by the windows looking directly onto the street and loved it, got to people watch a bit on a surprisingly busy Thursday night. Ambiance of the place is great, dim lighting but you have your own table light to adjust as you see fit. We went for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and had the ricotta+honey bread/ a seafood Alfredo/ lobster ravioli +shrimp / truffle mash/ brussel sprouts. Everything was 10 out of 10. Truffle mash may have actually been 9 out of 10 only because the truffle doesn’t punch you in the face, but you can still taste and still delicious. We almost left without dessert because of cornos next door, but DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT THE BKLAVA CHEESECAKE! SO GOOD! Will definitely be back. Service can feel a little slow at times only because it gets busy and they let you enjoy your food but by no mean affected our enjoyment!

Had the pleasure of reserving a table at Mia Bella’s for a date night for my girlfriend and I. We enjoyed a fantastic dining experience!
After ordering some wine, we started off with their popular eggplant parmesan as an appetizer. Wow! Just incredible, a must-order! We saw after the first bite why it is a customer favorite.
For dinner, she ordered the cheese tortellini and I got their cavatelli marinara with meatballs. She really enjoyed the tortellini dish and said the cream sauce had the right kick to it without being overly spicy. I very much enjoyed their cavatelli, and the meatballs are so big we could each enjoy one with our pastas.
Overall, a fantastic dining experience and a great place to go for a dinner date.

Everything is delicious. Well-worth the price. The white truffle special dish was a pleasant surprise. It was a great experience for us. We may consider coming back again ‘cuz we need to try other food places in Little Italy Cleveland.

Went on Superbowl Sunday which I imagine was the slowest they’ve ever been. Maine Lobster Ravioli was fantastic, I don’t drink. Four stars for atmosphere because while the tiny table lights were cool, the music was a mix but mostly classic rock, which seems odd for elevated Italian. I’m happy to say it did not take away from the experience. Most importantly, our waiter was so kind, took care of things that instant, and God bless him for the 20 things he recited from perfect memory at the beginning. Molto bene

Visited this restaurant for lunch. Bread service was fresh and soft and had great flavor. Menu on their website is outdated. I specifically came for the bucatini bolognese but it was no longer available. Instead I got the Lunch Ragu which did come with bucatini noodles instead of the rigatoni noodles as the photos show online (that was a plus) I love bucatini noodles!!! This dish was very spicy although it did not not mention spicy on the menu. Sauce had great flavor and the noodles were cooked to perfection. However the spice level did prevent me from being able to enjoy the meal.
Overall I had a great experience. I think anyone who loves a meaty sauce with some heat would really enjoy this dish!

Wow! Top tier meal! I am gluten free and usually avoid Italian restaurants because gluten free Italian is usually terrible. Not this place! We got the special which was truffle pasta and grilled chicken. I got gluten free noodles and my hubby had regular noodles. First off, they have the best gluten free bread as an appetizer. It was very good. We also got a gluten free pizza as well and it was also very good. The truffle pasta was absolutely to die for. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes! The chicken was so well seasoned and cooked and the truffle sauce was fantastic. We will be back! I can easily say that I had zero complaints with the meal, the service was high end and all around very happy with our experience.

11/10 dining experience! We WISH we remembered our servers name. The BEST service we have ever received….and we eat out 2-3 times per week! We spent the day after our dinner just complimenting the experience and how great it went.
We had reservation for 8:30. We asked at 7:45 if we could get seated, they sat us right away! We had a stroller and they were beyond accommodating with our baby. We got bread service, ricotta crostini, salad, and cavatelli pasta! We also got red wine and an espresso martini! Everything was divine. What really made this experience great was the service. We are used to dining at Italian restaurants in New York, specifically Staten Island which is KNOWN for their Italian dishes. This dinner reminded me of just that! The ONLY constructive thing I will say as a red sauce connoisseur is it was a bit bland, not sweet enough and not enough basil. Still was very good, but not the best I’ve had!
Thank you Mia Bella, for a fantastic night we will be talking about for years to come! It made our trip to Cleveland that much more special.

We decided to go to little Itally for the Annual Columbus day parade. Afterwards, we had a slew of restaurants to eat at. We decided to check out Mia Bella. It was very inviting and warm place to eat. Although it was crowded with Italian families the staff remained focused and poised. The staff exhibited great patience and kept Customer service as top of priority.
The food came out on time and was mouth watering. The presentation was beautiful and the taste melted in your mouth. Are waiter was excellent a fine gentleman with a gentle spirit.
Everything was priced appropriately. I and my family invite your families to come out and enjoy the vision we shared in. Congratulations Mia Bella, Keep striving for perfection.

We had a fabulous dinner at Mia Bella and our server Candace made our entire experience exceptional! The cocktails were on point, atmosphere was 100 & we absolutely loved the eggplant appetizer and tortellini dinner.
