Always wanted to go back to OG after my 1st visit with my Grand Daughter in Charleston. Beckley location did NOT disappoint. I had trouble ordering online and after awhile I called their number and Zander(?) took my order. They sent me the bill via messaging. How convenient! Michelle brought out our order to curbside pick up. She was so nice and put our order in the backseat. My Friend ordered the Tour of Italy with house salad & sweet tea. I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo, salad & the bellini sweet tea. OMGosh! Driving from Beckley to Lansing with those smells surrounding us, made for a quick trip home. My Friend and I were quickly stuffed and still had enough left overs for the following day. I kid you not, we were in foodie heaven. Our meals were the best we have had for a very long time. Ppl say its too expensive for the portions but we ordered dinner and had plenty left over. You pay for quality of food and service. We were very happy with ours. And while we cant afford to eat there all of the time, there will be special occasions when we will. Looking forward to our next throw down at OG! 🙂 PS Camera pics arent the greatest but hopefully, viewer will see the huge portion sizes & other.

I wanted to say how much I appreciate the manager in the kitchen staff.Also the waiter who took my seafood allergy serious:) they made sure to have clean everything before they made my food after they made my daughter’s shrimp alfredo. I was so worried they weren’t gonna listen, so I went outside and got my epipen to be safe. The manager came out and the waiter was with him, and he assured me that he watched them and made sure that everything was clean before they made my dish. Thank you so much !

The food was very good but the wheat it was served made for a less than enjoyable experience. We were served our appetizer and the salad at the same time and literally 2 minutes later our entrees were put on the table. So we had all three courses on the table. This made it difficult to enjoy. Seemed like everyone was in a rush to turn the table as the server was asking to box up our leftovers while my husband was still eating She have us the bill at the same time. Felt more like eating fast than dining.

The salad is always great. Soups also are good. But my to go order for fettuccine really disappointed me today. It was a very small serving and the Alfredo sauce was just placed on top of the pasta and separated from the pasta. It was unappetizing. Their service staff for pickup was excellent.

Service time to be seated. Maybe not even 10 mins. I say about 5 mins. The most. Food. Omgawsh. The food was amazing. From salad, to bread sticks to all the food we ate that night. Which was all so my birthday. I got a free piece of cake for me birthday as well. It was deducted from the bill. Our waiter was super nice and friendly. I did ask one of the other employees where the bathroom was. My son had to go to the bathroom. She pointed at the front desk. Walk out the door. I had to ask someone at the front desk. Other than, that. I would recommend everyone to come and eat here. Thank you.

I’ve only ordered food to go from this Olive Garden. Every time I do it’s at 100 percent and delicious! If I ate here in person it would be 200 percent, I’m sure! I highly recommend this Olive Garden! Food is delicious and staff are so friendly.

My husband & I was at the Beckley WV Olive Garden today (Jan 20th, 2026) having an early diner. At approximately 1:40pm, a medical emergency happened with a patron (accident fall). The staff jumped right in and immediately called 911. They stayed with the patron, helping him and his family until EMS got there. The Olive Garden team took control in a very polite & professional manner. In a world of such chaos, it was nice to see that people still cared. My hats off for their humanity.
