Service was nice and punctual, I ordered the choose 2 and got the brisket and pulled pork, with a side of green beans and Mac and cheese. The brisket was so dry and lacked flavor. The pulled pork was way more moist than the brisket but also lacked flavor. I had to douse both the meats in sauce to save the dish. The green beans were good and kind of remind me of the canned Margret Holmes green beans. The Mac and cheese was decent. It has some what of a Smokey flavor to it wasn’t bad at all. I also ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, they were pretty good. I hate to say it but the best thing here was the sauces. The mustard was my favorite, followed by the sweet sauce.

My family and I visited at about 7PM— so one hour before they closed— it was amazing! The service was fantastic, everyone was kind and hospitable. The food came out very quick and it was perfect. Pictured is the chopped brisket platter with green beans and a side salad. There was a lot of meat and the brisket was juicy. The green beans were very flavorful! My family ordered the chicken and sliced pork— all of the meat was juicy and flavorful. I highly recommend if you enjoy authentic barbecue!

Our visit did not disappoint. We both chose 2 different meats with sides so that we could sample the others. Good portion and filling. Baked beans were amazing and tater tots great.

I visited Four Trees Barbecue on Valentine’s Day after seeing they were offering a special meal. I placed my order at the register, paid, and provided my name and phone number. I was told the wait would be about 30 minutes, which I completely understood given how busy they were (they even stopped taking new orders at one point).
After waiting 45 minutes, I went back inside to check on my order and saw a man picking up food and leaving. When I asked about my order, I was then informed that my food had been given to the wrong customer. That is the reason I had been waiting so long.
The situation got worse when the man returned the food, and instead of issuing a refund, the staff attempted to give me the same order that had already left the restaurant in someone else’s possession. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Once food has been handed to another customer and taken out of the restaurant, it should never be given to someone else.
At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating the meal. I requested a refund, but they refused. I ultimately paid for a Valentine’s Day meal that I waited nearly an hour for, could not safely eat, and ended up throwing away before going somewhere else.
I understand being busy on a holiday, but basic food safety and customer service should still be a priority. Refusing a refund after admitting the order was given to the wrong person and then trying to re-serve that same food is extremely disappointing and concerning.

I went to this place for lunch and I was extremely disappointed. I order the pulled pork platter with 2 sides and tbh, nothing to talk about it. The pulled pork had no flavor at all, was completely in the cold side. The baked beans really bad, full of pepper and very spicy, bad taste. The Mac and cheese is the only one who was excellent, nice flavor, creamy and hot. On the pricey side as well. The 2 young ladies very attentive and sweet. Despite everything I gave a nice tip. Not recommended.

Hidden gem only starts the journey of this destination. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness beyond majority of places I eat. Bathroom again very good. Now the food: Food out of this world. I don’t know how long they smoke their meats but my taste buds thank you with every bite i take. The sides are next level delicious. Thank you! Thank you! I will return soon.

We have had 4 Trees cater events over the years and they have always been amazing. We frequently go to lunch there and the food and service is always on point. What really matters is when something isn’t perfect. We had a little hiccup on an order last week and the owner went out of his way to make it right. We love our local family owned BBQ restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant if you haven’t been there before.

Had a problem with my order and the owner went above and beyond to see it made right. The manager was caring and friendly and made me feel heard and I left more than satisfied. Brisket, Turkey and pulled pork were phenomenal. The best coleslaw and collard greens I’ve had anywhere. Thank you and I will be going back soon.
