45 minutes after my order for this medium cheese burger. I always thought the cheese went on top of the meat, not cold on top!

The place is nice but crowded. The chairs and tables are too close to the booths. Especially with everyone’s coats hanging into the aisle which also caused a bigger issue. I stepped over 2 coats and 1 purse just to make it to the restroom. It took an hour to get our food, only to have my steak returned because it wasn’t cooked right. They pretty much charred it and it was inedible. I didn’t want it to go back (I just no longer wanted it) but was pressured by the manager to take it back but was told they’d make me a new one and it would only take 10 mins. (By the time it came my whole party was already done eating and was ready to pay and leave) Not to mention the side that came with it, the special Mac n cheese, was awful, and the lobster tail came charred, spongy and crunchy. When the 2nd steak was done, it was rare. I even cut it in front of the manager and was told that they made sure it was “the perfect temperature”. When I told her I no longer wanted it, she told me she took it off the bill. (It was a 45$ meal.not including the premium side) I didn’t eat the lobster due to obvious reasons and that it was really cold by the time the inedible steaks came back, nor did I eat the “premium” Mac n cheese. But the manager (after arguing with me) said she took my meal off so I wouldn’t have to pay for mine, only to realize she only took my steak off and not the full meal. Which again, was not consumed. She put the steak in a to go box even after expressing that I did NOT want it. So, no I will never be back there and I seriously hope that this company looks into how rude their manager is.

We had an amazing dining experience at the Terre Haute Longhorn. We had the Outlaw Ribeye which was so moist, tender and perfectly grilled and the Chicken Strawberry Salad so fresh and flavorful. Our server Sierra was top-notch, on point with excellent service. Sierra’s sister Jade was so cute, she stopped by to say hello. Manager Sue stopped in several times to check in and make sure everything was great…in fact everything was perfect! Thank you Sierra and Sue!

No problems here. I was craving a steak like I do 50 percent of the time and think this was the closest in the area as well as still open, it was getting a little late. They were friendly and efficient. I ‘ve hit my fair share of Longhorns in a variety of states and I’m glad they can stay positively consistent with their meat.

Traveling and wanted a good meal and got more than that at this longhorn! The service was great from start to finish(shoutout to Jorry). I have celiac disease and he was right there with answers and helped me have a safe dinning experience! The food was incredible from the taste, the cook and the sides! I got the ribeye which came out a perfect medium rare(plus) with a baked sweet potatoe and a strawberry salad that had grapes and mandarin oranges that was so light and refreshing, I would go back just for that. Hubs got the T-bone which also came out a perfect medium rare also with a baked sweet potato and we shared the asparagus and roasted mushrooms. Chefs kiss and absolutely zero complaints about this location!

Everything about this Longhorn was great! My overall experience was wonderful! The service I received from Maddie was tremendous! She was attentive, quick, caring and very accurate. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was the best part! Everything was very hot, fresh and delicious! I could not ask for more from a Longhorn Steakhouse! I will definitely be back and I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a hot and fresh meal with friendly service and a nice atmosphere!
