First Visit & Definitely Not the Last!
This was my first time dining here after picking up my daughter-in-love and grandson from the airport, and it had already been on my list to try. I’m happy to say, it absolutely did not disappoint.
The atmosphere was vibrant, inviting, and set the perfect tone for a relaxed yet enjoyable dining experience. Lauren, our server, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt well taken care of from start to finish.
What I Loved:
The bang bang shrimp tacos were incredible, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and definitely something I’ll be coming back for. The shrimp mac and cheese was equally satisfying, rich, comforting, and generously portioned.
What Could Be Better:
Honestly, nothing comes to mind.
I’m already looking forward to returning, especially when the weather warms up so I can enjoy the outdoor seating.

Excellent atmosphere! Excellent service! Great food! Our meal was awesome! I had the roast pork sandwich and my husband had the chicken guisseppe sandwich. Our food came out at the perfect time. Not much waiting and it was very hot! Not too hot to eat, but I mean this in a positive way. The fries were fresh and hot and that normally doesn’t happen at most restaurants.
Everything was awesome. Will definitely be going back! The views were great as well if you sit behind the bar outside or over the covered canopy.

Beautiful string by the water! Really relaxing! Have been here numerous times. Foods good. Wife didn’t really like her chicken tenders. She said they had too much breading and also were hard. She had the cauliflower which she enjoyed. I had the Thai Tenders which were good. Always a good choice. Nice amount of spice. I had the pork sandwich. Couldn’t finish it! It was like two halves! You gotta be super hunger to eat both halves. I’d normally bump up my food and service rating but today was just so so. Still go, you’ll enjoy the atmosphere and food!

This was my second time here. Out of the 4 things we had, the Thai tenders was the best. Our server was extremely kind and as many have commented the waterfront ambiance is nice. That said, the flavor of the food could be better and it seemed overpriced.

Restaurant/bar on the water front. Very cool place to go grab a bite or have a drink. Right on the river with good food. Went in for a quick snack and some drinks. The food we did order came to the table hot and fresh and was good. Had zero complaints. Enjoyed eating and drinking by the river. The night we went it wasn’t busy but I can see on a Friday or Saturday it can get pretty busy. Signs on tables read 90 min time limit. So be aware.

Came for the egg roll cheesesteaks. They were amazing! Had drinks reasonably priced and good ratio of taste and alcohol. Nice open view of the water. Quick service and respectable server.

Met an old college roommate here for lunch, and got to hang out with her beautiful family. Her teenaged kids got a sandwich & fries, and shrimp mac & cheese. And they ordered a plate of their loaded fries for the table. I had the crab cake sandwich and a side salad. The crab cake was delicious!!!!! The kids both ordered desserts, and the adults shared one. The peach cobbler didn’t have a great crust – tasted and felt like oatmeal. Still tasty, and the portion was enormous! The service was outstanding!!!!! Our waiter checked on us often, and cleared the table of used plates often. I had no idea what water front this was, so I checked on Google Maps and it’s Darby Creek. Not a particularly impressive water front, but what can you do…? Ample free parking and lovely ambiance.

I don’t have any specific gripes with this place. Our experience was okay, but not good or great. We visited on a Saturday evening in winter for a casual meal. The place was warm, inviting, and mostly empty so we were seated right away. Wait staff was attentive. Food options were middle-of-the-road bar favorites with several seafood options because the place is on the water. Our meals came out quickly and tasted okay. Giving them 3 stars because the only memorable thing about our time there was the loud pop/hip-hop music playing, which seemed out of place with the older, unenthused clientele. Maybe on a busy night, this is a place to socialize during the summer? Seems like it might be fun. But if you’re looking for a good meal, there are probably better options in the area.

I have to say that my initial impression when I walked in wasn’t fantastic. The place is very big and open and sterile and cold feeling. It’s probably great in the summer but didn’t feel great in the winter. It also had some televisions around, which kept it feeling lower class than the food is.
There are signs on the front door and each one of the tables that you are limited to an hour and a half there. Again, at these prices that’s a bit of a put off. I understand at your local diner, you may want to keep kids from sitting there with a single order of fries all night but it feels kind of low brow here.
Service was a little brusque for prices this high, but everything was quick and efficient.
