Service was nice and friendly. The food was really bad. The sodas ( Dr Pepper ) was flat and different colors. The dumplings was just slop mushy one big pile of slop with little to zero dumpling pieces. The food over all was just really disappointing and sucks we still paid for everything but didn’t even touch it. Just left a funeral and wanted that home cooked feeling of crackle barrel.

Checking to see if the food tasted the same after the rebranding debacle. I found that the coating on my country-fried steak is thicker and of even thickness throughout. Really good.

Wait time for 2 people was exceptional. I recommend downloading the app and getting in line on the app. It was very crowded and they have plenty of staff now to handle it! Staff are really nice and attentive! For my dish, it came with ranch over the chicken and our waitress notified me and I was so thankful for the “heads up” and got it on the side! Made my dish perfect! Food and service were both great! Totally recommend!

Ordered the daily Pork Chop Special. 20 minutes pass and our waiter walks out and says we will need to wait an additional 30 minutes . Because the chops were frozen. In other words, the cook didn’t want to go to the freezer. We tell him we will replace our meat order. We did, the cook can throw this in the deep frier. Chicken and country fried steak. I also ask the waiter to turn the heat up I was freezing. The cook or manager but he was all sweaty. Say ma’am, in a very loud voice, almost mad because I ask. Every older person in the restaurant had on a jacket. Mgr or Cook says, ma’am Crackerbarrel management won’t let us turn the fireplace up or on unless it’s 50 degrees outside. It wasn’t 50 outside but it was cold inside the restaurant. Our waiter was good, no fault of his. Chicken and steak were both dried out. We will not be back. You got 2 because of the wait or otherwise it would be 1 star.

I ordered hash browns and was brought hash brown casserole and when I brought it to the servers attention she said there were two different kinds and I misunderstood. I said no I ordered hash browns not hash brown casserole. We didn’t get any service cause the server was talking to her friends and I ordered a coke to go and the server brought me a regular coke that I could not take with me. The service was AWFUL and the server kept arguing with me when she messed up both mine and my husband’s meal. Included are two pictures.

Everything was ok except the service. The food was not as good as previous visits, but it was just ok. The service, however, was horrible. We sat there at least 30 minutes after being seated without even being acknowledged. Then when our drink order was finally taken it was another 20 minutes before we received them. We were told the waitress was new and I can understand that, but I don’t think she had been trained well enough to be working on her own just yet. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at this time and other customers around were being waited on promptly. I know new employees have to be trained, but I don’t think they should be rushed to working on their own if they are not able to properly take care of customers.

Amazing as always!! Our server Alison was very attentive and the food was hot and fresh. We love coming to this location and it is always a blessing to see the manager kreasha. She has never failed to recognize us and makes us feel at home in the 7 years we have been coming

Our server was sweet,patient and fun. She did a wonderful job. The food was incredibly good. My steak was perfect, soft and juicy! My husband’s fish was also great. The biscuits were fabulous. There were 5 of us and we all had a wonderful experience here.
