All I can say is WOW! We came here for a Bears game and the atmosphere was iconic. We had so much fun. Everyone gets very lively and involved if there is a game on. There are 2 bars and TVs everywhere. If you want to watch the game, you should get there early as it got packed very quickly. Even though there was lots of people the wait time for food was not long, and the service didn’t disappoint. They are known for their pizza and wings, but other great options as well like the 4C smashburger which was cooked perfectly.

Ranalli’s is a popular sports bar in the heart of West Loop. It’s a go-to spot for locals especially during game days. They also have a complimentary shuttle service to and from United Center which is about ten minutes down the street – perfect for pregaming Bulls and Blackhawks games! We decided to catch the Lions vs. Bucs divisional round game and try their renowned pizza.

We immediately felt the excitement in the air. The place was packed and there were TVs broadcasting the game from every angle.

Starting off with appetizers, we ordered the fried cheese curds and bruschetta. The cheese curds were everything you’d expect – crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and served with marinara and ranch for dipping. They were a hit – 5 out of 5, would get again. The bruschetta, topped with fresh vine tomatoes, provided a nice contrast to the cheesy indulgence of the curds, though I wouldn’t necessarily get it again – 4 out of 5.

For our mains, we went with the Hot Honey Soppressata Pizza. It was a flavor explosion – the spicy soppressata paired perfectly with the sweetness of the hot honey, and the dollops of whipped ricotta added a creamy finish. It was so good, we gave it a 5 out of 5. The only downside was that our leftovers didn’t heat up well. I’m an expert at reheating leftover pizzas, so I was disappointed when I tried to eat my leftovers, but it was too dry.

The staff at Ranalli’s were attentive and friendly, ensuring our glasses were always full. It’s definitely a hotspot during game days, so making a reservation in advance is a smart move. We will be returning to watch more games and indulge in cheese curds, beer, and pizza!

We had our rehearsal dinner here before our wedding and it was perfect! The space was great, the food was awesome, and the service was impeccable. Bridget was so helpful leading up to the event, and Kennedy was a rockstar the night of. Highly recommend!

I asked if the Ranali’s special was the same thing or similar and the receptionist yelled into the phone no.. while driving over, my wife compared the 2 and in fact, they were identical with 2 extra toppings added. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick the pizza up, I asked the receptionist if they could ring the pizza up as a Ranali’s special with 2 toppings added (would be $5 cheaper after taxes). The girl said I don’t think we can do that. I asked what the difference was, were the pizzas more different than I thought. She said no. Then she asked another woman who appeared to be a manager and she refused saying sorry, next time order it as a Ranali’s special. So it came down to just pure laziness or greed over $5. Talk about lack of customer service. All they had to do is cancel the order and re-ring it up. Was $5 worth a new customer never returning? Guess so. Unbelievable. I’ should have just walked out and said forget it. Eat the pizza yourself. I’ve never seen this.

As for the pizza, the sausage was good. We loved the crust. The rest of the pizza was very bland. I’m not kidding when I tell you a Digiorno pizza you get at Walmart has more flavor. So much better options out there.

I cannot recommend this place. Customer service gets about -5 stars, pizza gets 2 stars. Skip it, there is much better out there.

The crispiest tator tots! Great burgers and wings but the added chicken to the salad was dry. Good variety of menu options.

The service was kind of slow, but overall a good experience. Go to the trivia on Wednesday nights!

Awesome atmosphere and very good food. The chicken tenders are must eat item, and are the best chicken tenders I have ever had at a restaurant (not kidding). They have plenty of flat screen televisions everywhere including in the booths. I cannot wait to come back and try other items on the menu. I would rate the pizza as average. I like the pan pizza better than the thin crust pizza personally, but the other items on the menu are why I would give the food four stars. I would love to come here to watch a sporting event because it will be really awesome.

Order this: House Italian Salad, The Honey Hot Soppressata pizza ( a little spicy), and an frosty cold Son of Juice IPA. Oh and the Cookie Ice Cream Skillet… Yes. So good. I love Ranalli’s West Loop for their quality, affordability and for the rides to and from the United Center on may occasions.

I really enjoyed it. It’s also placed well in the city, right between the main train station and United Center. The meal was served in a timely manner and it also tasted well. I have a sweet tooth, but the cookie is for 2 people actually. The price was also appropriate for the quality.
