I know it’s going to be a good night when I pull up to the window and Ally is there. Her service is impeccable every time. She even recognized that I’m a vegetarian and made extra sure every item in my order was safe for me to eat. This location never messes up my orders, which you may know is a rarity for Taco Bell.
The customer service makes this place a 5/5, but I have taken off a star because I’m extremely disappointed that this location has discontinued the Cravings Value Box, which has historically been my favorite Taco Bell deal. Bring it back!! I did research and discovered this applies to every Taco Bell owned by Northwest Restaurants Inc, which has made it difficult to enjoy the many Spokane locations owned by this company.
But all credit to the amazing kitchen/service staff for making this place a regular spot I can trust.

I think at this point, most know the taste and quality of Taco Bell, but had to leave a review with this specific location. A trainer/manager – her name was Natasha (from what I overheard) is so friendly. She was working the front counter, drive threw and was attentive to every single customer. I could hear her upselling/promoting jalapeños on the drive through and just knew her stuff! Once I started eating, I noticed how well the food was made. It wasn’t thrown together like normal. Kudos to the younger guy (Taryn) working. While eating, the manager and an employee were doing some type of training and I overheard her say “we really want nice looking food here, beautiful is best” and I looked at my food and it really was picture perfect (for Taco Bell standards). I was really impressed with this location! Keep up the good work!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Most nights a person can go to just about any fast food restaurant and not wait very long. This place takes an hour to get food to people when it should take 10 minutes. I was sent there once when there wasn’t a single customer in the drive-thru or the lobby and it took them 15 minutes to make an average meal from their menu. Nothing special just a number 2 or 4. They had the meal done and sitting there in front of me for 5 minutes while they wrote things in a paper and who knows what else. It is not a place to go if you want decent service at all. I have never eaten the food so I can’t comment. I have only went there to get something for someone. Whole I was waiting a few times there were 10 people outside waiting with me. Some had been there for an hour or more. They said that happens all the time. That is crazy. Why a fast food place has an hour wait makes no sense. A sit down dinning restaurant doesn’t take that long when it’s packed. Any other drive up takes 10 minutes when it’s busy. It has been this bad several times. I have to drive all the way across town to a different one to get what people want because I drive past this location and there are always a lot of people standing at the window waiting. It’s the worst location to ever go.

Walked into find a bunch of teenagers making a bunch of racial slurs and a one was a worker!! Smh omg this used to a nice place to go. I stopped in to use the public wifi to make a call to my son who lives out of town because my phone is out of data and I dont have wifi at home. Super disappointed

It was a little slow because of the hockey game getting ready to start near by. Went in and was only going after a taco till I seen the news steak and poblano peppers in a rolled grilled quesadilla, I skipped over the spicy ranch on it and oh my it was so good. Hopefully they will keep that around because that would be my new go-to!

Folks working were nice and worked on our large order; not too fast or too slow of service. Restaurant was cleanish- razor blades in the bathroom were unwelcome. Not happy that my $7 chicken cantina burrito was miniature. It was good but it was so small. Spent almost $70 and all 5 of us are still hungry.

food is usually fine. and i do know this is on doordash but if the food is sitting at the store for 20+ minutes it should be remade so its not soggy when we get it. ultimately the food itself is reflected on the store not the delivery.

We ordered food at 11:30 at night and did not get our food until 12:28 a.m. the food was cold and they were serving everybody else when they told us to wait in our car.
