We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. The food was spectacular. I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich on gluten-free toast, and it was truly delicious. The flavors were so fresh and balanced, and the egg was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of runny yolk. Every bite was comforting and elevated at the same time.
My girlfriend ordered the BLT Eggs Benedict, and it was just as amazing. The presentation was gorgeous, the flavors were spot-on, and the side salad was the perfect, light complement.
And let’s talk about the Million Dollar Bacon — wow. Sweet, savory, perfectly cooked, and absolutely worth the hype. We were literally talking about it between bites.
The restaurant was pretty busy, so we sat at the bar, which turned out to be a great choice. Felicia, the bartender, was fantastic — warm, friendly, and smiling the entire time, even with how busy it was. Her energy truly added to the experience.
From the food to the service to the overall vibe, everything was on point. We had such a great experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This new location in Lewes is going to do great things. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by Nick. What a great way to start our morning. He was so welcoming. When we got to our table we were greeted by our server Felicia. Another amazing employee. Her her personality and smile just kept our time there very enjoyable. The food and service is awesome from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. The menu is incredible so hard to choose can’t wait to go back so I can try different menu items.

We visit First Watch Restaurant in Lewes , Delaware for the first time on a Saturday; We were very impressed. The parking was a bit tough as there weren’t enough space, but we looped around and someone was leaving so we got to park there. When we enter the restaurant we were greeted by Aly who smiled was contagious. She told us it would be an hour wait. Since it’s our first time we said yes, we can wait. We got a little free coffee at the self serve stand. The line move pretty quickly. We over heard that they also sell gift card; so we purchased a $50 card and got a $10 bonus card. That was very nice. We got our table and Nick was our server; he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered our meal. Food came out perfect and speedy. My husband ordered breakfast and I ordered lunch. It was nicely presented and delicious. We will be back again during the week.

We had an excellent experience at First Watch. From start to finish, the food, service, and overall atmosphere were fantastic.
We ordered the Inspired Italian Omelette, The Work Omelette, a Belgian waffle, Million Dollar Potatoes, and the Morning Meditation drink. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The omelettes were hearty and well-seasoned, the waffle was light and delicious, and the Million Dollar Potatoes absolutely lived up to the name. The Morning Meditation was refreshing and a great complement to the meal.
The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The only downside was that the wait was a little long, so I highly recommend getting on the waitlist through their website ahead of time, it’s definitely worth planning for.
Overall, a great spot for breakfast or brunch in Rehoboth Beach, and we would absolutely return.
