All the flavors ordered of ice cream were good ,ingredients were fresh and tasty, the process is good However,the “owner” seemed to stop before filling mine all the way up, which i’m not tripping on.But everybody should look the same.If you’re gonna serve a product it should be uniform. To everyone you serve. Ice cream 5/5 stars
Lady with the glasses DONT LISTEN..we had 8 orders either she served it wrong ,or forgot to put it in as she seemed to be rushing to get you outta her line. When she did take the order she didnt put in we went back to last on the cue. And even though she missed our order, she forgot, we were served after ten other people came in, doent make sense except to her apparently
It’s not that she messed up,its that she didn’t make it right. when people listen to what your instructions are im sure its not hard to get it right . 1/5 stars
However Shantel the other server paired with her also helped with the orders everything she crafted for us turned out exactly as requested. Someone needs to get a clue, and its not Shantel.
My suggestion have the girl with glasses repeat the order to you.. you’ll see.. it will be wrong unless she changes something.
Overall 3/5 great product,mediocrity in customer service from Miss Glasses..

The flavors are amazing and totally customizable — you can build your own creation or try one of their signature combinations. I went with a buzzed option (an adult twist with alcohol) and it was so good — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. There are plenty of non-alcoholic options too, so it’s perfect for the whole family

We had so much fun tasting the ice cream with alcohol in it very friendly staff. I had the strawberry shortcake shake. It was delicious. My Husband had the apple pie milkshake and a flight.

staff was very nice, first time going. I am not a big milkshake person, have one every couple years or so, so its gotta be worth it- and boy was it! I had a white chocolate icecream base with amaretto- absolutely to die for. The icecream is very good, you can definitely taste it’s from a creamery and not something storebought. if you want some good icecream or the social media famous boozy milkshakes you should absolutely check this place out!

Staff was soooo nice and accommodating… they invited my pup inside without me even asking – so clearly 5 stars just with that! But of course, the ice cream was so good!!! First time for spiked ice cream and it didn’t disappoint! I love that they had an ice cream flight!

We came to the Buzzed Bull Creamery last year when visiting Pigeon Forge and loved it so much that we are back again this year! We got their ice cream last year and milkshakes this year, and both times they did not disappoint! I love that they have buzzed and non-buzzed options for those who don’t drink, like myself at 7 months pregnant. I got the death by chocolate milkshake and my husband got the Tiger Stripes and we both loved ours! The flavor is so good and it’s pretty neat to watch them make the ice cream from scratch with the liquid nitrogen. Definitely will be going back again!

What a family fun experience! Sooo many options. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Each selection was made to order. Highly recommend buzzed or unbuzzed. They need to come to the East Coast so we can have these delicious treats more often.

First time customers! That staff was amazingly welcome and friendly. They walked us through the options and kept us entertained as we decided. The ice cream was AMAZING. We did not have the boozy option, but it was top notch without. Great family atmosphere and will be back!

I got the Ole Smokey’s sorbet flight and my husband got pumpkin spice. Of course we tried each others. It was all really good. I’ve been want to visit for a while and finally got the time to go. There’s so many more items on the menu I want to try. Definitely did not disappoint!
