Get the Celine Dijon smashburger. You will be glad you did. Unique. Fried cheese and bacon jam = yum yum.

I visited Local Republic today for the first time and had a really good experience overall. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with French fries, the Korean fried chicken, and a cheesecake (which I sampled in the car). The food was good quality—solid and enjoyable, it’s not bursting with flavors but it’s decent quality ingredients. If you get what I mean.
The standout part of my visit was my server, Sophia. She was super attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the experience better. I had two lemon drops, and everything was handled smoothly. I did make a mistake and forgot that the Korean fried chicken had pecans, which I’m allergic to, and they were very accommodating about sending it back with no issue.
This place also scores very high on cleanliness, which is extremely important to me. The restaurant was very clean, didn’t have any unpleasant smells, and even the light fixtures were clean—which says a lot. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the space.
One small note: the onions on the grilled chicken sandwich were cut a bit too large for my liking, but that’s minor. The vibe was really nice, and I’m glad I found this spot. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope I get Sophia again—she truly made the visit great.

Out with the in-laws and this place sure had a wait, but we were able to walk around for a little until it was our time. Such a cute little town, we sat outside across from the restaurant which was nice given we had a stroller, so enough space for all of us. This app was one of the best we’ve had wow, this non-alcoholic drink was nice, tasted like lavender lemonade almost, & the food was great also.

Incredible! I made a reservation (and you should too, this place is seemingly in high demand, and for good reason) for my boyfriend’s birthday tonight. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, but the food. was. legendary. We started with the pork belly, I had the steak frites, and he had the Celine Dijon. Every bite was like a new experience for us (seriously, how do you reinvent the french fry – even they were next level) and I can’t wait to bring family and friends in the future. Thank you for a perfect night!

HUGE shout-out to Kevin, who was able to accommodate my family and found the perfect table to fit all 10 of us. The food was amazing, the drinks were priced well, and they even gave us a free piece of cheesecake to help us celebrate.

I am quite upset.
I am quite upset that I have lived in this area for 3 years and this is the first time I have allowed my taste buds the pleasure of enjoying the culinary arts of this establishment.
We ate 4 different dishes tonight and all 4 were amazing. We tried their crispy pork belly, the korean fried chicken and 2 specials of the night: pork schnitzel and the duck flatbreat. The presentation, flavor, potions all perfect. The cocktails delicious. The staff- pleasant, knowledge.
We will be making this our new place to go to.

I serve on a local PTA board and my fellow board members and I often meet here for brunch while also handling business. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. I have never gotten something that I didn’t enjoy. I forgot to take a picture of my actual entrée but I did get a few pics of our beverages (a strawberry banana lemon drop, and a Darling Vikki) and our dessert, creme brulee.

It was my first time trying this place. The service was good. Very nice employees. I did not like my food at all. The chicken was not seasoned well and I didn’t know it would be on the bone because the menu didn’t say that. The drinks were mid..not super tasty. Their menu changes often, which I’m not a fan of. My boyfriends burger was good. Overall, I feel like their menu could be better at describing what each dish is and the atmosphere could be a little better. I don’t think I’ll be back.

My daughters 21st birthday was on January 23rd. She heard about this restaurant. I looked it up online and couldn’t see anything but favorable pics. Not noticing really no good seats. My family was seated right in front of the bar/ slash grill which was crowded. I not liking that. I didn’t want to spoil my daughter’s birthday. So we stayed where we were. We ordered our food. I was taken back by the waitress who took five of our orders and didn’t write anything down, but I didn’t wanna question it. My order was the steak frites. My emphasis was on my steak being well done no pink I stress that. After I tell her that I wanted, she made emphasis that it’s a $30 dish . I was wondering why she said that I thought that was tacky .My daughter emphasized no pork. She had an extensive conversation with the waitress about not wanting sausages in her pasta dish and the end result was my daughter was gonna get all shrimp with extra shrimp. My steak came back pink. You can see it. I didn’t even have to cut it to see the pink. I sent it back. My daughter’s food came with sausages. She sent it back and they just picked the sausages out. They didn’t even make her new plate. I’m still waiting for my steak so finally my mac & cheese comes very disappointing. I can give them my mac & cheese recipe and it will sell. Finally my state comes back and it’s still pink. I don’t know if they put it in the microwave or what they did but very disappointing and when I tasted, it tasted old. I took my food home and tried to fix it by cooking the steak and putting seasoning on it and fixing mac & cheese, but it was beyond fixing . My kids told me I should’ve stuck with getting a burger like them because they said they were good. I will never ever go to this place ever again. I got my bill. They took $20 off and apologize for all the mishaps, but I didn’t even get to eat. My food went into the garbage.
